HI there, look as though you exceede the 5 euro maximum bet rule? This is a standard bonus rule across the majority of online casinos. I'm not familiar with the cashback but I assume it comes with some wagering requirements, if the cashback does have wagering requirements, then the max bet rule would be in effect until the time you have cleared the wagering.

If you have breached the terms of bonus funds then I don't believe that you will get your money back.

I highly suggest that you read the T&C at every casino you play at.

Du hast damit eine Regel missachtet und deswegen wurde deine Auszahlung abegelehnt und der Betrag eingezogen.

Ich werde trotzdem @homerbert benachrichtigen, er ist der Repraesentant fuer N1 und kann eventuell helfen. Ich wuerde mir aber keine grossen Hoffnungen machen, da Du eine klare Regel missachtet hast.

In Zukunft solltest Du immer die Bedingungen fuer einen Bonus lesen, damit sowas nicht wieder passieren kann.

@homerbert Could you please have a look at the account. He received a Cashback Bonus from a promo and it looks like the withdrawal was declined because he bet more than 5EUR during wagering.

For the record there is no evidence of this on the PAB side of things: zero PABs against N1 in the past 6 months, one or two in the past year.

I would generally consider that a very low rate of complaints, especially for a casino that's gone through BBF in the recent past.

I just meant complaints with casinos that you're associated with. There's been a lot of posts lately. And so far it seems every thread has resulted in the OP being wrong and breached rules. I was simply wondering how come people aren't reading the terms .. are they really that hidden or is there something else at play. (Tbh Roshtein is a fair example of this, plays at massive bets, has affiliate links so playes sign up and try to emulate him -> they break the rules). Nothing you can really do about it though if the terms aren't hidden and players just aren't reading them.
