N1 SOW issues and non deposit withdrawal

So here is the story:

Im a long-time player at N1 Casino, however i decided to take a break and closed down my account for 3 months. Two days ago the account opened again and i was given 150 Freespins, i played the Freespins, cleared the wagering and was left with a balance of 1200€ which i wanted to withdraw.

Of course the withdraw was cancelled and i was asked some documents for verification, 6 months of bank statements and 6 months of payslips, i uploaded everything, the withdrawal got cancelled again.

New info: Their department decided that my income from the payslips does not cover the amount i deposited in december and january. Which might be right, but i was extremely lucky in crypto gambling and trading in december and january and paid out about 30.000€ to my bank account. So i now uploaded my bank statements showing those withdrawals for december and january, now ... silence.

The 1200€ are 700€ now since i continued gambling out of boredom and my money is still stuck at N1 casino. The live support only tells me i have to wait for some "managers" and the managers do not answer my E-Mails.

I wonder why i even have to show a source of wealth from 6 months ago for a withdrawal without a deposit, and the fact that nobody was interested in any SOW as i was happily depositing tells me that as long as i just deposit and don't withdraw, nobody cares where the money comes from. All i want is my won funds, it never was a problem in the past, even without deposits i won bigger sums from boni or freespins and now that ...

Oh im from germany btw, i never had to do any SOW on any other casino.

Update ! Yesterday i was told everything was okay, they just needed proof of december and january, now after a whole day of waiting my super VIP manager asked me to upload proof of NOVEMBER as well. Plus "the entry of the amount that i won in other casinos" ????

I just proofed that i had over 40k on my bank account and they cant get enough, please for gods sake help me... those managers answering once a day and the live chat is as useless as it can be. @N1 Partners Group

Whoever it is, it cant be that hard to provide proper info ! Those "managers" are unreachable and when you ask the support they tell you to "wait a bit" .... funny enough, the past year when i needed approval of anything the Live Chat handled it just fine and now i have to wait for some mysterious people working in the background, providing info bit by bit, just to not process a withdrawal.

Okay I don’t know if I’m allowed to talk here now that I filed PAB but anyhow I try to explain for “non crypto related people”

Crypto is mainly happening decentralised and not on exchanges, therefore there will never be a definite proof where the funds I withdrawn from the exchange are coming from.

You will not be able to track them down to any specific source wether it be trades, gambling or just simple transfers. The exchange is just used as a way to transfer crypto to it from any random wallet and then sell it and withdraw. Even I can’t point out the origin of the funds because there is a total of over 100.000 transactions split between decentralised wallets without any relation to “real people” .

On top of all of that, that’s not even the point, I made money trading crypto on decentralised exchanges, I withdraw them to centralised ones where I sell it and withdraw. I report that to my Financial department and I pay taxes for it and I proofed to you that I had the funds to deposit into N1 serval times. That’s all you need to know.

All crypto just contains transaction hashes and receiver/sender wallets without any relations to people, bank accounts any financial systems or whatnot.

You are not asking people what they actually do at work as well don’t you ?

Update: now I got asked to upload the last 6 months of my trading history ! Is this even legal ?

I haven’t made a deposit on N1 for the past 4 months and the only months in question are nov22 dec21 and jan22. What on earth gives you the right to ask for my income during months I haven’t even deposited something? What’s even the point to see my trades ? I proved there was enough money on my bank and I proofed it came from the kraken exchange.

What’s next ? You gonna call me in my office and ask me if I’m really at work ?

Also I now request to see the calculations you made that lead to the conclusion you made. There is no transparency on your side you can make pointless claims all day long without any proof and hold my money back meanwhile ?

Is this whole SOW thing even applicable in Germany ?

My bank account is a joint account with my wife and both of us are not willing to share this very private information.
N1 stated to me this is now legal to provide this information for Malta licences however no other casino has reached out to me as of yet asking for the same info.

This is information you provide when applying for a mortgage/loan and not when trying to play at a casino.

If this is indeed the law the casino should not allow you to deposit if they do indeed need a SOW.

I always found N1 good and i am sad that we have parted ways but hopefully you will be able to sort out your issue.
If this is the way Casinos are going then they will lose customers very quick.

I consider these casino financial departments just like insurance people. The less they payout due to time stretching tactics the more profit overall there is. Simple as that. One cannot have a free spins bonus and walk away with 1200 just out of free spins. Who do you think you are? lol.

I also have some sensible info on my other bank account i simply cant share because i don´t get the permission for it so i uploaded the sites of my bank statements where its visible that i was credited said withdrawals from kraken and my overall account balance.

N1 here is a tip - remove withdrawal limits and make a deposit wagering 1x and start paying out your customers properly on time. This will allow you to kill shitty casinos on the market such as King Billy and others that prefer to implement such things and stay on the same level as Bitstarz and Winz.

P.S. I know that it's nothing up to you to change things around, however, it's worth keeping it in mind.

Yeah i stopped playing at "normal" casinos like half a year ago, but in this case i received some free stuff and why would you not take some hundred for free.

The fact that those casinos don't give a single F about their licenses and hold back funds however they like shows that the system clearly is flawed but they will pay the bill ... people will move offshore or crypto (like i did) no KYC needed, instant withdrawals nobody asks you for SOW because crypto is not trackable. Sure with a risk they might just block you and your left with nothing but imma take that any second over this BS the casinos delivering nowadays. Spending over a week now just to get some bucks out of N1, but at this point its just about principle.

Edit: i now sent them the last 6 months of my trading history and closed my acc... told them im not going to send any more docs as they have everything i can provide and they should either finally send me my money or report me to the authorities if they think im gambling with illegal money.

Update: seems like they finally managed to watch some PDFs, today i got the message i shall give them my bank acc to refund my balance....


Takeaway: stay away from every casino that does SOW, in fact, stay away from every "regulated" casino as those regulations only favor the casinos and nobody cares about the players at all.

Its totally inacceptable to hold back funds for a whole week if the SOW could have been requested earlier, its also unacceptable to drip feed "needed info" to players as they are waiting for their funds plus keeping the account open during a SOW request if there really is a concern that one might play with "illegal money" shows they just want to stall your funds, i have no clue who is profiting from this behavior but somebody has to... this whole system is rigged and everybody should leave it behind asap.
