N1 Interactive casinos change their RTP when logging in.

We received the answer from Play’n Go, it matches our initial supposition and the explanation that has already been presented in this thread: the RTP displayed in demo mode is a standard provider RTP, and the provider does not adjust it to match the actual RTP which is displayed during a regular game.

The only possible explanation of the RTP irregularity depiction is a human factor and a mistake of leaving the standard provider RTP in the game rules – if you check games from other providers, most of them won’t have RTP mentioned in demo mode. Setting separate RTP for the demo mode and real play on purpose makes little sense, as nothing prevents a player from checking the game rules and finding the irregularity.

While the demo mode serves as a demonstration of gameplay and mustn’t be viewed as a 100% accurate representation of the actual game or its technical characteristics (e.g. some games having a ‘Bonus Buy’ feature removed from the demo mode, etc.), we nevertheless understand how this whole situation may look for ordinary players. We apologize for the confusion it caused and thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.

if you check games from other providers, most of them won’t have RTP mentioned in demo mode.- I check a fair few on a daily basis and am yet to find any provider besides Play'n GO that doesn't list the RTP in the demo. I can't name a single developer to be frank, can you?

While the demo mode serves as a demonstration of gameplay and mustn’t be viewed as a 100% accurate representation of the actual game or its technical characteristics (e.g. some games having a ‘Bonus Buy’ feature removed from the demo mode, etc.), Don't have the time to find the exact wording but from what I understand of regulations, for the UKGC anyway, demos absolutely MUST be an accurate representation of the game.

So the outcome is that demo Play'n GO games, as well as Pragmatic Plays, are default 96%ers even if the casino, in this case N1 Interactive Casinos, offers lower-paying models?
