Mysterious Self Exculsion

So I've just tried to log into my Casimba account only to find I could not log in. Was told password was incorrect. After resetting 3 times I still could not log in. Well after speaking to customer support I was told that I self excluded on the 29th of March. This I know for a fact I did not do this. I did not even access my Casimba account on the 29th of March.

Has this happened to anyone else before. Clearly my account or email has been hacked if what they say is true. Or they just don't want me playing their anymore after I made a large withdrawal in FEB, which they denied in customer support.

I'm not sure what to make of this.

Nope not one. I have never and never will self exclude from any casino or Poker site. I have no need.

This has completely guzzumped me and now left me worried about the possibilities of and Hacker and what they have gained from this intrusion. If worst case scenario this is what has happened.

IIRC, you have right in the UK to see the communication for the alleged self-exclusion. They would have to send you a copy of your request or whatever you have done. That would give you more details as to when and how it happened.

Open a PAB if you don't get any further on your own.
 
These are my favourite go to casinos for regular bonuses too which has pissed me off. I'm also leaning on the Idea that I've made a few recent decent size withdrawals after meeting wager and they don't like it!

I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

This comes of the back of a recent issue at videoslots where my regular debit card was frozen with. No explanation other that a cookie issue ffs.

What would any hacker gain by blocking and restricting my gaming access if any?

LOL...that's nothing, look at the nektan license or Progress Play, they have 3 or 4x as many!
 
Interesting case! @dogshead1, I'd be happy to pursue this for you via a PAB. Go here -- new procedures for PABs -- if you'd like to go that route.

The point????... What point are you trying to prove exactly!

I think lockinlove is just saying that it's a VERY unusual circumstance and unless someone with a vested interest in having you stop gambling at that casino has access to your passwords, etc, then it makes a lot more sense to look elsewhere for motive and opportunity.

No my wife does not have access to any of my accounts.,,,,she has her own.

I will today ask the casino for a copy of the transcript request of my apparent self exclusion if they can produce one. This will help narrow down what's going on.

There is absolutely no history on any device I use of access to Casimba on the 29th of March.

So either like I said my account has been hacked or the casino is lying.

I'll open up the Pab today and forward the Casino response to the transcript request.
 
I don't know but logically if you made a big withdrawal a few weeks back you would think the casino would be doing everything they can to keep you.In the hope you give it them back.
This casino group are very illogical. They bonus-banned me, after a few nice withdrawals. Which is their prerogative.
BUT, they then closed all my accounts within their group. So they never even gave themselves a chance to get the money back from me:confused:

My TAB had long ended, so at beginning of March I decided to re-open account. When I contacted support, they advised me that I had extended the TAB on 5th February. WTH? I hadn't been near that casino since September last year, but they were adamant I had logged in on Feb 5th to extend the TAB. Not that bothered, tbh - if they don't want me, they don't want me. And no, I didn't have any big wins - or any win - at all, so perhaps I was being punished for only making small deposits.

VIP host will do that for you there. And you don't have to make large deposits to get a VIP host at Casino Mate.
 
I've been kicked from Mr secure sites upon questioning risk casino. They requested the proof of income .I asked them to where & what ukgc by law was I required to sendthey didn't bother replying with this info & that got me kicked from all of their casinos.

Good luck reopening accounts after the SE period has expired. CS at Guts mistakenly SE me a couple of years back, which then naturally closed all accounts under MT Securetrade. They admitted the mistake, but nothing they could do. After 6 months, I tried reopening accounts but some stayed closed while others were open - not good in case they use that as an excuse to confiscate withdrawals! The amount of grief in going through the usual routine at each Responsible Gambling department was too much, so I opted to stay away. Shame really. I had accounts at quite a few MT Securetrade sites and was told to go to each site to reopen accounts, even though it only takes one site to close all accounts! Trustworthy group, but grief when RG goes wrong.
 
@ dogshead1 : your PAB has been received and is in progress. Please ensure that you have read the PAB FAQ and are fully familiar with section 3.12 regarding your responsibilities. Our expectations there are clear and explicit; violations of those guidelines will delay, damage or even kill your PAB.

That’s an interesting one. Did slotmillion came back with an answer why your account is blocked ? Game check ??
You deserve an explanation at least I would say .
