anyone use this? its an alternative to cashing out at rtg's with money orders, and wu, mg. supposedly you can deposit through credit cards, but at their site they state their processor is down so you can only use western union and moneygram.
they have a policy they make you deposit in order to receive any cashouts from any merchant. the deposit you make, is the max withdraw you can make from the mypaylinq for the first 30 days. after that, their is no max amount you can withdraw.
whats your thoughts on this? also i want to know if their money orders can be cashed at currency exchanges. they said they are US money orders, but who knows.
