My worst experience

    I deposited on a casino that I have used twice before for a 200% bonus I deposited £10 to get £30 to play with and 25 free spins, I used the free spins and won around £3 back which didn't surprise me as it was Aloha lol, I then went on to play on Gonzos Qeust at 20p a spin and my third spin I won 10 freefalls which payed out £6.50 a couple spins later won £4 odd then the game said unavailable please reload which I did and it took me back to where I left off, I was happy with the good run I was having as won the freefalls a few times but not massive wins just up to £8 or so throughout the game the unavailable pop up came up a few times but wasn't a problem as I was taken back to where I left off, I know I had wagered a fair amount I'd guess at least £50 then had a bad run and was close to losing I had just under £3 left and thought oh well looks like I'm going to lose but the 20 freefalls came up and I won a super mega win of £20 or so then the unavailable pop up came up again, I loaded the game back up but my winnings had vanished I spoke to live chat and they told me they will look into it for me so I thought I better check the game history and I am shocked as it's completely false it basically says on it my biggest win was 9p, I really don't know how this could happen it's as if it wasn't logging my game it's not fair as they have told me there's nothing they can do about it it's not a large amount of money to lose but it's the principal of it also I could of easily gone on to win :confused::confused:

    It does happen from time to time, on Games from various software providers, and through different platforms.
    A lot of factors can be involved. Give them a bit of time to check it out, and if the operation is solid, they will make sure you get the win, one way or the other: not always the provider can retrace the win though, but if they do then it's normally paid, and often with compensation (from the Casino itself) for your troubles.

    That is, when it's a good outfit and the Games aren't rigged or pirated :p

    What I was thinking was maybe it was a problem with Netent and not the casino itself, I have had this happen before but always had the proof of the game history to back it up the casino is pots of luck I have been emailing them but they are adamant their technical team have investigated it so basically there is nothing they can do, I had a problem on poker stars where my money vanished and they put the cash back into my account basically I would of had £22.70 to play with after I won the freefalls, I thought maybe they would at least give me my deposit back being a small amount but it's their loss as I will never play there again

    Just logged back on to pots of luck to add up the game history and the game I was playing on wasn't even there, went on chat and asked them to send me my game history on that day and it changed since I last checked it I'm absolutely fuming as it now says I played on starburst when
    I was last on Gonzos it's shocking as nearly every spin says no win which is absolute bullshit pots of luck are obviously falsifying game history somehow all I get from them is the tech team have checked so that's it they are nothing but con artists never known anything like it :mad::mad:

    I had a similar problem but it got resolved as I only play at accredited casinos from the Casinomeister list.

    I would not deposit in any other Casino unless it was checked out first.

    I hope they fix it for you though, good luck :)
