I think I read somewhere that NI isn't controlled by the UKGC, but NI isn't listed as an option either.

So credit where credit is due.

After taking a break from most casinos since June I decided to sign up to Mr Vegas yesterday. I was disappointed by all the changes at Videoslots over the last year and how they handled the situation with @helenakp. But after they found a solution with her I decided to try the new brand out.

Registered, deposited, took the Welcome Bonus and lost. Made more deposits and decided to verify my account while Im playing. Uploaded what was needed and 2 of three docs were approved in under 5 minutes. Had to reupload my passport and it was approved in another 15 minutes.

Kept playing and decided to withdraw. Bonus forfeited, cashout made, money in my account in 5 minutes in the middle of the night.


All in all by far the best experience playing a new casino I had in a long long time. The last casino I registered and won at took over a week for KYC and payout. So hats off to Mr Vegas.

Don't know if @Team.Videoslots is responsible for MrVegas as well, but I see no rep for MrVegas atm and maybe my praise here will reach to right people.

For the first ever time in 6 years, I had a withdrawal fail at videoslots and the money returned to my player account.

I checked my email and there was a “failed withdrawal” email from a casino called Mr Vegas which stated the amount and asking me to contact them.

I replied saying I’ve never even heard of Mr Vegas and asked how they knew about it, but did not get a reply.

After reading this I now know they are run by the same people. I can understand an agent accidentally using the wrong templet but why would an automated banking email be sent by Mr Vegas and not videoslots. No wonder the withdrawal failed.

Frustrated with it all I of course just spent the money so left feeling salty but that part is all my own fault.

I wish i had read the entire thread before depositing. I mean what kind of bonus is this junk? I signed up deposting 100.00 thinking I would get 200.00 to play with and of course I did not. Since I had already deposited and withdrawal of the same amount was going to be a pain I figured I would play and see what happens. So I play a game for a while and then close the game. I notice the bonus is gone. I contacted support and they said they didn't know what was going on that someone would get in touch via email. A day later I had not received an email so I logged in and the bonus appeared again so i figured the issue was fixed....after playing for a lot longer than the previous day the bonus was gone again. I was stuck as what to do so I played and lost the rest without ever getting any of the 10% increments. I'm not even going to bother asking support for some of that bonus money. i will simply never touch videoslots or any of their related companies again. Any company that uses this bonus style is missleading and I prefer companies that don't offer bonuses then at least i know what I am getting into.

At the beginning this race was clearly and large visible on the homepage, then after some months I had to search for the weekly results and since 2 weeks it has completely been removed.

Good news is I don’t get 100’s of those irritating messages I’ve been moved 3 spots in the race, but I think removing the race without any communication is at least ‘very customer unfriendly’.

Give me 1 reason why I still should play there instead of VS...?!?
