If I were to sign up at a new casino, £2.50's worth of spins probably wouldn't swing it. In fact, being less of a freebie because of its wagering requirements might put me off if anything

Not singling out you or your casino specifically, but when using AML regulations as a pretext for hindering fast withdrawals, why are deposits always handled in a timely manner, or just accepted without any questions asked? Surely it should work both ways, but I know if I were to deposit now it would go through instantly!

And if it was deemed I was laundering money, why is the casino more than happy to forfeit my winnings and keep it?

I am afraid I cannot agree with you on this, if deposits or playing behavior are being suspicious we always ask for supportive documents and clarification from the player. However these can be seen only when the deposit is made and its not the situation with Mr Green only. Please let me add that I`m not referring to your specific case, but providing possible reasons why withdrawal delay can occur (which also could be find in T&Cs on our website).
