Several months ago, I signed up at www.MonarchsOnlineCasino.com and received a $35.00 no deposit bonus. Well, I turned that $35.00 into over $2,100.00 when I inquired about cashing out, I was told that no deposit bonuses were not cashable. last week, I asked online support how I could make a withdrawal. The lady said that I needed to complete the playthrough, so I returned to the game and started $100.00 per spin. When I quit, my balance was and still is $3,135.25. I went to the cashier and printed out their faxback verification and sent it to them. That was 5 days ago. Also, in the casino cashier it shows my available balance is $1,285.25. It's like they are ignoring me. I still can't request a withdrawal until I send them the form I sent them 5 days ago. I don't know much about this casino, but I sure wish I would get that lucky when I make a deposit, which I do 2 or 3 times a week.

First of all, can you please edit the post and kill the link?

The no deposit bonus is not cashable, it should be removed when making a withdrawal.
Since their terms and condition link is a dead end (not working ), do you remember
how did you get that no deposit? By email, or on some forum? What terms are attached to it?

- max bet allowed?
- max cashout?

I know the casino in question is Topgame, and as with all no deposit offers, they attract
a lot of people, so casinos make sure to pay as little as possible. Hence the need to know
all the rules.

I was talking to CS at monarchs casino about the withdrawal request times. to process a withdrawal they can take up to 72 hours. Thats madness, I said can you close my account please

never played at that casino and never would, but anyway the max withdrawal you could request on a no deposit bonus is $150 and it says there can be fees depending on cashout method , also fact you have had bonus several months id be very surprised if you get a cashout especially if you asked for thousands, id also expect betting $100 a spin would void bonus in any case

Yeah, Monarch's terms and conditions have it limited the withdrawal to $150 for first non-deposit bonus winnings, and zero for after that. Limiting the winnings from no-deposit welcome bonuses to $100-$200 range is pretty common practice among casinos.

SECTION 10 : MAXIMUM WITHDRAWAL

If a player has won using a non-deposit bonus for the first time, he/she is allowed to withdraw a maximum $150. If not, all subsequent winnings using a non-deposit bonus are non-withdrawable.

Careful kids. After you play the first no deposit and lose, Monarch's will keep putting no deposit bonuses of $25 to $200 in your account every day for about a month...forgetting to mention that after the first freebie you can't cash out. Apparently they want you to become so addicted to their sub-par slots that you can't help but eventually deposit. Not the sharpest marketers in the world there, but it seems to make the freebie whore websites happy.

@ UFOpro : I assume you read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ as requested and saw there that posting your issue to the forums would likely kill any PAB that you may have filed on that same issue.

Since you submitted your PAB on 07 Feb and posted here two days later I can only conclude that you've decided to abandon the PAB and pursue your issue on the forums. If this is not the case please state here that you have now read and understand the FAQ -- as you stated you had when you submitted your PAB in the first place -- and that you'd like me to proceed with the PAB on the understanding that you won't be posting further here until that process concludes.
