Doesn't look like a scam to me. When a wire transfer is requested that is the info needed to complete the wire.

Monarchs casino is VERY dodgy at best - I would advise that no-one play there!

To the OP: The only way you will get your money is to do what they ask... and then pray.
If you've already sent in the required info, then just keep on politely chasing them. There is no point trying to threaten them with anything - they wont give a damn about that and it's more likely to slow down the process.

If they do ever pay you, look for a CasinoMeister Accredited casino to play at, instead of this bunch of cowboys.
