No, I meant exactly what I said: anywhere on the reels, once at a time (i.e. only one symbol appears per spin). You can't receive 5 symbols on 5 reels in just one spin.

I think the CAD thing has been cleared and it all should work out fine now but for the moment I would ask you to hold till tomorrow morning as we are working out the terms and conditions for pre paid card used internationally. It´s all to do with legal stuff, transfer options and high cost involvement as well as with money laundering and fraud possibilities t&c´s.
I will put a post tomorrow morning, once all is clear in this thread with the terms and conditions of pre paid cards and we will then also add them to our website payment T&C´s.

That's really harsh when that happens, and very difficult not to feel despondent and p'eed off.

Unfortunately, that is also how my luck has been as well.... pretty lousy. I was having a great time with P4F, but in the real world? Not a sausage.

And for the first time, I realised just how high the minimum bets really are. I usually only play on a few of the slots that have 25c/50c bets, but tonight I went looking for others, only to find there aren't actually many out there.

The lowest bet is either 0.90, 1.05 or 1.25, so once the shine has gone off the really low bet games, that is it.

Hmm...not sure what my strategy is going to be now. Have to sleep on this.

But I definitely am not loving Monaco Aces as much as I did Big Casino.

Same shit here, this just reconfirms that there are very few software providers that can be rely'd on, I have taken a break from MG for the last couple weeks, played tonight, what a complete difference for the good (no saying its all wins), its gonna be Netent and MG from here on in. Software providers have to understand that there has to be winners and that they just cant rely on "something dfferent" than what has become industry standard, just my opinion of course.

But there are maybe hundreds of threads with complaints about games not being too "benevolent" to players, and I think almost everyone on the forum agrees that for serious accusations there has to be enough statistical data.

Maybe I just didn't get what you are trying to say?

You think that our games are unfair, our RTP is lower than expected or you are just feeling unlucky?

Hi dionysus,

The process of paying with a pre-paid card is a complicated, expensive operation and the potential risk of fraud is much higher than it would be with debit or credit cards. This due to the fact that if a player who has used a pre-paid card requests a withdrawal, they will be wanting it sent to a bank account that they have not used to originally deposit. However, we will accept this payment method but have to apply some rules and restrictions to go along with it.

In order to proceed with a withdrawal, the player will have to provide us with the following:

- bank details of the account the player wants paying out to

- copy of the player’s bank card

- a copy of the player’s bank statement corresponding to the bank details the player has previously provided

- a separate utility bill for proof of address

- a copy of the player’s passport

- a copy of the player’s pre-paid card

All these documents need to match with all details given on the registered account at Monaco Aces. Once all these docs have been checked and approved by our Money Laundering Report Officer, we will be able to proceed with the transfer.

Further to this, due to the fact that international bank transfers cost the company money to make and in order to avoid that people start just transferring money in small amounts as a usual habit, Monaco Aces have decided to establish the following provision in regards to making these kind of withdrawals. In regards to international CAD payments to players, we will not be able to accept transfers free of fees below 100 CAD. In the case of a player requesting a withdrawal below 100 CAD we will have to charge a fee of 20CAD to cover the bank charges. Same will be applicable in different currencies.
Please note that we expose ourselves to much higher risk of fraud and that above rules hopefully will avoid as much as possible any fraud intent.
I hope this makes sense to you, please let me know if you have any further questions or doubts. Of course we will include these points into our terms and conditions as well.

Not true. I use pre-paids for every single casino I play at, and not a single one do I ever request to my bank account. For each and every one I use Skrill as a withdraw method: MG, NetEnt, Cryptologic, 3Dice, Playtech....and most casinos ask for nothing in way of ID (NetEnt hasn't, Bet365 hasn't, Crytpo hasn't).
Frankly, the difficulty is not only depositing, but now withdrawing, has completely turned me off from depositing at all.

Long time lurker, but don't post too much.. just wanted to say that so far I am pretty pleased with Monaco Aces.. this is assuming my withdrawl is processed timely... made a depost, and like most people saw my money go down quickly, but then hit a five wild on Dice Express Deluxe on a max spin.. $3000 win on a $5 or $5.25 spin... the way the 5 wilds were, I got 1 x 4 wilds for 2000x, and another 10000x for a five wild.. about a 580x win or so, which I would have hoped more for 5 wilds... kept playing and went up and down a bit.. but did get another 180x win, and a few decent wins on video poker (5 of a kind for $500).. in the end I cashed out $2500.. was having problems at the beginning because it would go back on my cc for whatever reason.. emailed helpdesk a few times and finally got resolved so that's good.. we'll just see how long it takes to get the money on my cc...

not too bad.. been getting decent wins at Blue Square (AMAZING for withdrawls) and Casumo (big pain for withdrawls so far)
 
Two things I hate about you...

1: That stupid 'Your balance is low' message.
Yes, I know my balance is low. I can see the screen while I am playing, and am sizing my bet depending on my remaining balance. And if I was using autospin, I wouldn't be anywhere around (possibly) to see the stupid message.

Pointless. And extremely infuriating.

2: The automatic adding of the loyalty bonus to my balance.
Only noticed this when I was checking my deposit transactions, to see the grand sum of £1 added at four different times to my balance. Admittedly there are no playthrough reqs for this bonus, but I really would prefer to wait until I had accumulated a decent amount of loyalty points and activate them at the time of my choosing, not having them automatically added to my balance when, because it is so insignificant, I don't even notice them.

It would then give me something to play with later when I can't/don't want to deposit.

Note: This is not a deposit bonus I am talking about here, but their loyalty bonus.

1) Will speak to our developers is this possible to disable the message.

2) "Loyalty bonuses" are just real cash we give our players for placing bets. Consider this as small win added to your account after you had placed 500 usd/eur/bgp in bets.

Just something I would like to add at this stage. The pay out issues have been due to some system problems which have been fixed and hopefully should not happen again. All of these players were informed straightway and were in contact with our support team in order to et the money to the players ASAP. Main issue was that the money didn´t go through within hours and it took at some players up to 30 hours till the money hit their account.

I also would like to thank you all for your critics, they help us to improve all the time. And YES, we are taking note of all your comments and are trying to work on all the mentioned critics as fast as we can.
 
Who's running the show with this casino, Viaden, or MonicoAces?

For the record what's your position on a player's behalf? Are you handling transactions and verification?

The only reason I'm asking is that I'm seeing replies from both the casino rep. and software provider/you so I'm a bit confused.

I'm glad you're involved Viktar but please differentiate for the record, is this a turnkey casino? :confused:
 
MonacoAces is NOT owned by Viaden, and this is a turnkey casino.

However, Viaden support team process transactions and handle players issues.

I'm the Support Manager (Operations Manager) at Viaden.

i sent a message to customer service and they said only the manager can process them during working hours.... he hasnt worked since the weekend then??? major fail... big x on my books if a casino cant payout fast.... casumo did a great job on fixing things and keeping me informed, this is terrible

Wow well it wasnt me with the keno win but I just tried this place this afternoon (I used to play at bigcasino, never won anything there really but kinda enjoyed it and Viktor is the main man so I thought I would try here) and have hit a really large and epic slots win!

Well large for me anyway (not anything like the keno win tho)....I hope the withdrawl goes smoothly! Just put it in just there The slots definately can payout thats what I am saying!

I have a question about your maximum bet rule for bonus play. The terms say "A PLAYER CANNOT MAKE A BET HIGHER THAN $10 OR THE EQUIVALENT* UNLESS THE PLAYER HAS CLEARED HIS/HER BONUSES COMPLETELY."

How does that work for a game like Texas Holdem where there are several rounds of betting? I.e. is it the first (ante) bet that is limited to $10, or is the total bet on the hand limited to $10 (in which case the ante is limited to $2 in Holdem)?

Hi,

Only initial bet us limited, For poker games there is a £/€/$10 limit per ante. For Slots and Roulette there £/€/$10 limit per spin. The rule does not apply to splitting hands and the double option in Blackjack.

That was me. Nice hit. After which in short order I scored an additional 4k hit in Keno, played a bit more and ended up with a 15k balance. Started out with small deposits so lucky day. I requested payout on Nov 11, but the document verification is still pending as of now. However, the funds were left in my account, not flushed, and I gave in to the temptation to play just a "little bit more". Brought my balance down a fair bit, but got another very lucky Keno hit to the tune of 8.2k. Ended up finally with a 13k balance and decided to stop playing until I found out whether I'm actually going to see my winnings as this is a new casino and not meister-certified yet. Haven't heard anything from Support today. They said the manager will be in touch during business hours but that was some days ago...

Well, the Keno is certainly the best Keno I've every played - obviously, huh :) The slots are pretty good, though the max bet is only 5.25, which for me is too low, I like to bet higher than that. That's actually why I ended up playing the Keno, it allows higher bets, and has about 92% payout percentage based on the Wizard's calculator. Good enough for a Keno if you enjoy the game type.

One thing I don't like about trying out a new casino, is that you can never be absolutely sure that you'll ever see your winnings. Let's hope this goes smoothly..will keep you posted.
