However, today when I try to logon on I am taken straight into P4F. Even when I click on the 'PLAY NOW' tab in a game, when I enter my details in the login section I am taken back to P4F.

I can't access the Deposit section at all.

Is the casino undergoing maintenance or something?

Well, it is and it isn't. When depositing in CAD, say like at micro, 50 gets me 50; with softwares that use USD like say, Nordic, I have to enter 47.75 for my 50; chump change, but always more than the going rate

There is no doubt the processors double dip us right up the a**, I have both US and CDN deposit methods so I try to match based on currency.

Found out that ERROR 1015 with Neteller means "INVALID CURRENCY", so they maybe have a currency problem on their backend... I try to deposit with USD though, weird...

EDIT: I found out that it is a "USD CURRENCY" issue. Changed currency to EUR, tried again and it worked!

My account was set to USD and in Neteller Deposit screen it was also USD.

Then i changed account to EUR and in Neteller Deposit Screen it showed EUR too and then it worked.

Not sure how the currency mysteriously changed from GBP to Euros after I deposited yesterday in GBP, but no matter....I followed SlotMonster's advice and it is now back to GBP.

One thing to be aware of though - if you do switch between different currencies, you are allowed to use a card for one currency only, otherwise you will get a vague message along the lines of 'You cannot use this card'.

2nd Deposit - First Deposit Bonus?

Hey there,

just something i've seen.

I tried now my second deposit, and this time with Skrill, and here it worked directly with USD without problems. But after the deposit it said "Do youw ant to claim FIRST deposit bonus, i said yes and now i had a 100% match bonus. (I deposited 32$).

I think that's OK and all is good, i just wanted to let you know that it said again First Deposit Bonus even if on my account it said "Make a deposit and get a 2nd bonus". But also after the second deposit, there's still the same line "Make a deposit and get a 2nd bonus"

So please check it

Interesting question. I will check this with our bank. Our software will NOT allow you to withdraw on Skrill if you deposited with CC.

I would advise to use Skrill until we get a reply fron our bank.

i finally got 1 on reel 2 so yes you can have them across i guess

Our WR allows players to claim deposit bonuses even AFTER the deposit was lost I.e. if you make your first deposit, play and then lose it - you are still able to claim your first deposit bonus. BUT! If you decide to withdraw your balance - you will need claim or cancel your bonus(es) to be able to do that. If you cancel your bonus - you are good to go. If you claim it - you will need to clear the WR first.

Well... It is up to you but I am not sure whether you will be able to keep this structure over a longer period... Obviously great for the player - with all the implications.

No, it doesn't say that. There is no word "can" in the paytable.
It says "any wild that appears anywhere". (So this can mean any wild which appears anywhere on the reels on which the wild is present)
