A reconstructed win from the developer doesn't necessarily show the EXACT reels the player had, but an equivalent win of the same amount consisting of the same amount of wilds. They tend to use the simplest possible representation and remove irrelevant non-paying symbols. We used to see this with the MG Viper client, when you accessed your stored history for example and the Wild symbols were rearranged or different. This image looks like a cut-down of the random Wild Reels feature and the single Wilds displayed represent the multipliers on those 5 reels.
In this case, the screenie is clearly a reconstruct as you wouldn't get a display like that in the real game. There is a post just under the OP where somebody
@Reelsoffun righty demonstrates the win shown as 4@ 288x 4 single symbols which would be over 1100 Euros for 80c.
So IF the casino has recorded the win in their image as the correct one for that numbered spin at 80c, which the play log shows 36 Euros win for, then something is clearly wrong.
Messing around with the figures, the OP seems to have exactly 1/32nd (36e) of what the correct pay at 80c would be for that configuration.
So IF the casino has confirmed that the image (non-paying symbols removed) was indeed 4 symbols reel 1 and 288@ Wilds on reels 2-6, AND has attributed that image/win to the EXACT LOGGED AND NUMBERED 80c spin the player is mentioning, then somehow the pay falls far short of what should have been.
If so, that's extremely rare.
