Hello everyone.
The photo is the one the casino sent.
The payment was 36€ with 0.80€ bet.
Is the payment right?

Anyone else smell fish?

Something odd about this thread. Wording makes no sense and the image is also clearly faked. Those wilds do not appear like that. So it was either a photoshopped image or a reconstruction image. But either way if it was wild reels from that random wild reel feature that put wilds in the last 5 reels leaving the first reel without a wild in, then yes it might be a reconstruction.

Also the amount of 36 euro again makes totally no sense....... That is if it was real especially on a bet of 0.80 would have been around 2-3 thousand euro.... I have not done the maths it might be over 3K not sure.

But I am sorry but please give more details otherwise this thread is just seriously fishy as hell.
 
The photo is from the site and the company as just they sent it.
I can forward the original email from them. It is the official repsponse they sent after the request of the round.
 
perhaps the op challenged the win with the casino and they then sent this pic, I'm sure I have seen a similar style pic from a casino when a result was queried, looks reconstructured as it were, not from the game but on a checkerboard layout.

Is this a 30 liner game or the megaways version??

Edit: must be megaways, due to the varying numbers of symbols.

After the live support chat to the site and the requested round the company sent an email of the round and attached the picture of the win.
The photo is the one i posted just as they sent it.
It is the megaways version. Genie Jackpots Megaways.
 
So what would you advise is the next thing to do ?
After long time to the live chat they insist that the payment is right and the win of 36euros on this round is right....
What should the next step be?

Actually you know what, something just smells totally off with this......

So you was playing genie jackpots megaways and you had a hit and you did not even see the winning spin and then you went to live chat and asked for that win because you thought it was wrong payout amount? Yet you did not even state what your balance was before and after either!

I really find this hard to believe. Either you have totally made this up yourself or it is some kind of early April fools. You either made it up to try pull a fast one on this forum or with the casino..... Which is it?

Looks like the Genie Wilds feature, the stacked wilds with multipliers one...

It displays differently in the game logs, however something does not sit right with this at all. Any casino employee would know right away it ain't bloody €36 lol

But wouldn't that be classed as a malfunction which would mean all wins would be voided if malfunction occurs? So if a slot had a winning spin but displayed a far bigger winning spin on the reels and paid out 1% of what it is displayed then that would be a visual malfunction? So that would mean there would be no record on the system of that spin apart from the lower amount win and not the visual graphical malfunction spin?
 
I didn't hide anything. The photo is the one the company sent. IT IS THE ONE THEY SENT TO THE EMAIL.
The bet was 0.80€ it is recorded and in the transaction history which after that round the balance was up 36€.

Where does he say he didn't see the win? I've read his posts 3 times and can't see that. Old age and all that.

That is the point in my post. He did not say anything of the sort. It was me saying it because he did not...... I mean was he on auto afk? or got distracted in another tab? He did not even say how he missed the winning spin in question. He has just said very very little and vague posts! Which again just gives out that something is amiss somewhere!

If it's a MGA regulated casino you can complain to them directly, or if the casino in question is listed on CM here then perhaps use the PAB service which Max runs. You need someone independent to tell you how that screenshot adds up to 36 euros, if it does! Even on 10p stake it wouldn't as far as I can tell.

If i didn't see the win in the first place?
If i was afk and had auto spins?
If i saw the spin in the first place?
I don't get it. What are all these have to do with the situation. What's your point?

I have nothing further to add I made my points already. If they was wrong then I will apologise. But until we get more prove or evidence that it was genuine and indeed a technical issue and the casino was in the wrong, then I will not reply in this thread until such an update gets posted! :)

The facts are clear.
The bet was 0,80€.
The total win of the round was 36€.
The photo is the photo of the official response of the casino considering the specific round.
What you don't understand?

Yeah I don't understand what they're getting at either.. some people just immediately jump to the defence of the casinos. Can't imagine what you'd stand to gain by faking a screenshot/issue.

And on topic- yes slots can mispay- I had a netent game (one of the cluster pay ones) not make a payment when it should have years back. They sorted it out in a few days. Good luck.

Did you see this spin happen it self, if so why didn't you take a screenshot if you knew it didn't see right,
or If you did not see it happen and u was afk how did you know they mis payed you,
I'm a tad confuse as I thought if you got bonus round like that it stopped the auto play giving you time to screenshot it?


Also can you go back in gaming history and screenshot the round your self for us?

That's such a bizarre argument.
Most people don't screenshot their wins, some people don't know how, and regardless; how is it relevant? What exactly are your accusing the player of here and what would they have to gain by it?

Im not accusing him of nothing, Im simply saying if he had seen that win and knew something was wrong you would screenshot it and go to help.
But for some reason he didn't. Also he can easily go to account history and find this spin on he's account to show that bet and return to show its legit, This site has had many of these people before just plain lying, Sorry if I seem suspicious but ive seen to many of these.
 
He posted this exact same first post on numerous forums too! I will not link them, but just need to google his username to find them.

@maxd - Maybe you could ask if he wishes to do a PAB?

I'm all for people being sceptical but I just can't see what someone would get from making up something like this, I know it's sunday but you'd have to be insanely bored out of your skull to find this a rewarding proposition to waste time on, making up a screen shot and then starting forum threads about it!

Where's the harm in taking the OP at his word?

But i will tell you exactly what happened.
My friend and i were drinking coffee outside and she was playing slots. This happened at the end of the January. She was playing randomly a few slots and then she played the genie jackpots megaways. When the genie went out she picked a lamb. And the feature was the genie wilds. The genie went i remember 2-3 or 4 times on every reel except the first reel. When this happened i told her that should be a good win. But it wasn't big and looked her with surprise.And i remember telling me ironically Huge win!. I thought because i didn't play this game very much that i was wrong and that is normal.
After many days i saw a stream in twitch playing slots and play this game and on some point he had the same feature genie wilds. And he had almost as far as i remembered the same make up and his win was very big. Then I got curious and suspicious.I told my friend about that and told her to go to the live support of the casino and ask them about the session.The casino couldn't help.they asked exactly the round of the history transaction.After a Search she found the round. Number of round / Date / Time / bet ) balance. She gave them the round,date, Time etc. And asked for a replay.The support rejected it saying that can't be done but offered to send via email the picture of the specific round.My friend sent me the picture few days ago and i am trying all these days to see how can i do something and if is that possible.
I searched the internet and found this forum and posted this thread if anyone could help as i did in some other forums too.

She would need to come on here and do a PAB, as its nothing to do with you, I know your trying to help her out but I think its best if she comes on her self if she wants more help :D

The questions you asked i just answered them.
As far as your question about the gaming history on the site you can only see : Number/name of round / your bet and the return.
You can't see the replay or the picture or getting a screenshot. There is no option.

But it can be a reconstructed image done by the casino or slot provider...... Some casinos actually have a feature where you can see a image of wins you had, Like MG used to have. IT looks different usually from the actual slot.

So it is not a photoshop. It is for sure a reconstructed screenshot though.

Can you get her to screen shot Number/name of round / your bet and the return. What you said she showed the support that would also help going forward with her case.
