Totally agree we should be compensated - somehow and that's the problem, its not the casinos fault its down to their software provider so as much as I'd love it as I've lost it across a few accounts only the casinos that 'care' may offer a little something.
Not going to mention any names but one casino gave me a decent compensation, well popular and multi software so lets play there! but another basically wasn't interested and blamed MG and a newish one very similar to Spin Palace but with No Palace
well lets just say i may as well use Hieroglyphics in their 'live help' and my emails go unanswered, so unless micro gaming have a 'credit all members £50 button' I'm afraid it's time to 'stop crying over spilt milk' for us all
