It leaves me as a player at your mercy whether you will pay or not a withdrawal from free chips or spins. I don't want to sit here waiting for a payout and fearing that you might apply the rule.

You should be 100% transparent and clear. Is the rule applied only to new player who never deposited or to everyone? "Mostly" and "flexible" do not convince me, tbh, as that can be applied at your will against me.

First of all I’d like to say that we really appreciate everyone’s feedback regarding this matter and we fully agree that this rule needs to be more transparent.

With that in mind, I already forwarded your feedback to the casino management. The matter has been put up for discussion, and at this point I am happy to say that in the near future, possibly in the next days, we will change this term or even eliminate it. And once the terms and conditions have been updated, I will let you know.

Until then, I just want to say that at this time the $100 maximum withdrawal limit
- applies to all wins made from free sign-un bonuses and spins
- does not apply to VIP members
- does not usually apply to players who have made deposits with us, but are not yet VIPs

There are plenty of Quickfire casinos that have higher minimum bets than those. Quickfire demo mode always shows the default Quickfire max bet settings, not the actual real money max bet settings set by the casino. Some Quickfire casinos have Immortal Romance Max Bet 60€ and TSII max bet at 150€.
