Mermaids palace casino won't pay me or give any news

Dear Casinomeister,
I asked for a withdrawal on january 4th. The documents were sent and are completed (l received a confirmation email on january 16th.
The withdrawal is still pending and i asked almost everyday for updates on my account via chat support or phone call. They keep telling me that they're forwarding my concern to the accounts team and they'll contact me for updates...
Their accounts department (accounts@mermaidspalacecasino) unresponsive despite the several mails I've sent.
As of today, I don't know what's going on nor when will I get paid.

The chat support is the same as Atlantis Gold's

That situation is desperating...
 
I've never heard of this casino - though I have heard of the affiliate program "Firebrand".
Anyway, they are not in the Rogue Pit or on the No-Can-Do List, so your best bet is submit an official complaint here at CM by doing a Link Outdated / Removed
Make sure you read all the F.A.Q.s first.

You submitted documents on Jan 4th and first Jan 16th you get confirmation mail, that cant be a good sign:eek:

They told me it would depend on his planning. And of course they don't know his planning nor when it would be done....

I thought these two casinos were related? In any case I put in for a withdrawal from Atlantis Gold on Jan. 9th, all paperwork is in and I am still getting a run around. I guess I also will go to pitch-a-bitch and complain.

I think they are related as they share the same chat support and phone support. Not a good thing to see I'm not the only one in this case.
 
I believe you are correct along with Treasure Island Jackpot. I played this group for a while but deleted them after the one cent one line free spins. Also some people accounts were being locked i believe for claiming too many free spins and not depositing enough. I hope some light can be shed on this to see if these three are connected.

That statement itself would ring warning bells...... The processor should at most approve and process the withdrawal, not review, the casino is responsible for review and once OK forward it for payment
