Yes, it's likely if Boris wins we'll have left the EU by then, probably Jan 31st.

This means that:

Heathrow will shut down and planes stop flying.
The Channel Tunnel will be flooded.
Beer will become unavailable.
The Irish folk band won't be given work permits so they'll be absent.
All the mobile networks will cease to allow calls in and out of the UK.
There'll be nobody to serve the beer, even if there was any, as all EU migrant workers will be gone.
The hospitals will all close so don't get sick when here!
Bring your own paracetamol as we'll have run out.
There won't be any mayonnaise at McDonalds
Coffee will be unavailable unless you've got a Conservative Party ration card.
Bring your own cash as all the ATM's will not connect to non-UK banks.
There won't be many shops to go in as Starbucks, Costa, other foreign-owned chains etc. will have all shut down.
