OK, so it probably should be funny....

Ruby Royal sent an email saying you won a $1000 free chip (with a broken link)....Then a little later sent one saying April Fools actually you get $10 free chip.

Don't get me wrong appreciate the "gift", but to me this is like those fake lottery scratchers you can buy to give to people to make them think they have hit the big one....COLD HEARTED!!

Anyway, I opened the corrected email first so it wasn't like they "got me", just stuck me as an odd prank as I am not fond of being yanked around when it comes to money:eek: (I know, I know, all in good fun it's April Fools Day).

And I thought the INET one was bad...1000% bonus..click on the link and, of course, April Fool...100%....I knew the 1000% wasn't feasible since they aren't rogue:lolup: That $1000 free chip though bites!!!!

Yeah I got that $1000.00 free chip and the link was broken also.
I even went to live chat too. I should of saved it too.
They told me Sorry we can't do anything about it.
I say link broken they should honor it.
That was not funny on their part.
B F J Ruby Royal :sniper: April Fools
~T~

Personally, I don't think either one of these pranks are the least little bit funny. I would be royally pissed if I had gotten one like that. And I would certainly think twice about depositing at a casino that would send crap like that to a player and think it funny.

Smacks of something that 'Virtual Danny' would have done.

I got it too and the link was broken. Bad part is I didnt get the $10 either. I thought of a better April fools joke for you Ruby Royal. Send this email with a subject line that reads "Your Withdrawal has been processed". That is only way you could have dissappointed me more.

I was less than impressed. It is not nice to F with gamblers like that. But deep down I knew even if it was real it would have had a $99,000 rollover (slots only) with a $50 max withdrawal and the bonus is sticky.

PD

You might want to check again for the $10.-
There was a slight delay in adding it to the cashier.
When I checked back later it was there.:)

A disgusting prank, fortunatley im not a member of this casino for if i was i would be closing my account. I dont find this kind of thing funny. Almost like they are taking the piss.

AudiManinBoro: Almost like they are taking the piss
Almost as bad as them wonderul zilch bonus rounds they give you thinking that should satify you that you spent $200 to hit to get 88 cents...as they laugh all the way to the bank....

.

I sorta expected these pranks. There is one from Casino33 called the Left Hand Bonus and if you go to live chat they ask if you are using your left hand. They will then say "Happy April Fool's day" and put $5 into your account. All of these casinos might not be innovative but at least they try so maybe let's just enjoy the free chips/match bonuses and hope we win from them. It's April Fool's day after all.

April Fool

I have to admit, this is absolutely one of my fave. days of the year. I'm pretty much unfoolable on this day, even if its true I won't believe it. I'm a prankster. The thing about it though is it has to be purposeful or at least funny for it to be good IMO. The Rival one wasn't funny at all, it seems yeah a little cruel, no trick just a flat out deception. The Inet one was sorta of funny just because they gave you hints along the way. I knew it was a prank because it started at like 12:01, and the play through was 2x. Its not as good as the Google Topeka thing, but not as bad as the Rival.

I took the 100% and quickly lost that anyway. BTW Inet, That deposit was just a prank for April Fool's Day, don't expect to really get it.

Hi all,

I got one from Mark at 32red. Although it was like 1am Friday before I read. And I'd been on guard all day.

Don't think Mark will mind me sharing this with CM peeps:

Hi Dave,

I know you like the odd game of roulette, just need to make you aware of this…

Other casinos take note, that's a good joke. However, I would not have made it past the first two sentences of the second paragraph before cracking up, anti clock wise spin, then those other words I didn't know before it:thumbsup:

RTG casinos in general are annoying me lately. Im a member of so many supposedly good ones  and i think ive finally snapped lol

My whole desktop is littered with them (casinos in general) and its time for a sort out.

I have been making one deposit lately at each of them, and if a cashout fails to appear, ive been closing my account and uninstaling them. Its probably a harsh approach, but many of them have never given anything anyway and a couple rarely have so i dont see it as a loss. Im just not going to donate to them anymore. Ultimately I believe im going to be left with a handful of casinos I really like, which is probbaly the best way to go anyway. I think.

I remember an april fools joke from a Mg casino a few years ago. Dont remember which one. Although I didnt fall for it, I think it was misleading and tasteless.

They claimed that a player had found a glitch on tomb raider and cashed out 100,000$ +, and that if you clicked on a certain part while the wheels were spinning you would get 5 wilds.

As a special promotion they were going to wait 24 hours to fix the glitch, so people had to hurry and find it.

The next day an email arrived saying it was an april fools joke.

Not funny imho.
