I will keep this short and sweet...

Well I have e-mailed Diva2000 but she is not online a lot.
If no response or unsatisfactory answer I have to PAB.

Received answer back from Quasar that I indeed did meet WR but that there was a rule where I can only get 5x my bonus chip as real money.
So the 25 Euro Bonus Chip was only worth €125.00 on the end.
I mean 40x WR and then also put a max cashout on it.

Sigh...

And I had to make that up from this e-mail: *nothing about a WR let alone a 5x max cashout or a link to specific bday chip bonus monies*

Will leave this for now as it might end up in a PAB.

Quasar eh? That brings back memories....

Like back in '93 me and some friends would play up London in one those 'laser tag' venues. It'd annoy me when they would keep covering their panels up so that I couldn't register a hit.

Cheating bastards

yep

i cut out out and cull when there no comps bad comps no xmas gift no bday freebie.
With so much choice player retention is a big thing kicking you a free chip on your bday should be a given for any joint that has even the smallest amount of respect for there players.

As it stands now I will only keep my CasinoEuro account open (Betsson Group) and Rizk/GUTS (MT Secure).
They have all the games I desire and best CS around / Fast Payments and comps when having a bad run.
I am really done with all the other casino's I have given monies to over time.
They don't seem to be interested in the customer, just in their CC number and funds.

Now please please don't use any tabs yourself but send an email everywhere and tell them to close your account.
It can be smart to specify why too, and tell it has nothing to do with a gambling problem.
I don't want anything to come back and bite you later:)

I find it's often better to suddenly stop patronising them, but leave the account open but dormant. No chance of an RG based screw up that can have serious problems later on, but it leaves the door open for them to notice the sudden loss of revenue from your account, and an opportunity for "retentions" to get involved (takes about 2-3 weeks in my experience). If, after consideration, retentions deem you a customer worth fighting for, along will come something pretty decent, often on the lines of the usual welcome packages but branded as a "come back" offer. If retentions don't bite, then you just carry on ignoring them and leaving the account dormant. Long term changes often mean that what is a tight casino today can become a far more generous and appreciative casino tomorrow after a major business review, or sale to another operator.

I have loads of dormant accounts sitting around, logged on a spreadsheet to minimise duplicate account risks, and the closed ones are where the casino has ceased trading, or their UK players have been sold on (logged as "closed to UK") to reflect the fact that the casino itself is still operating. It seems that when casinos return to the UK market, these old accounts are still on the books and can create another form of duplicate account issue for returning players.

I do my best not to leave real money sitting around in these dormant accounts, but I may have slipped up a couple of times, but nothing significant.

I agree with you. I have closed accounts a few times and still do, but only where I don't trust the people behind it.
Noone wants me back though anyway. You on the other side are of course valuable since you play a lot higher.

Still I won't stop giving people the advice to close the accounts in a normal way when they say they will close them. Everyone needs to be reminded and there is always newbies reading these threads too.

Only casino I got a decent gift from this year was Videoslots, even though I had never deposited there. That being said, apart from a few places, I'm not that much of an loyal player, so I don't expect very much.

However it has gone downhill, and I do remember what casinos that actually care to have a happy birthday-mailer, even though it's without any bonuses.

This didn't used to be such a problem, it just meant the onus was on the player to ask for it to be reopened if the casino did improve it's offerings. The problem now is that many players have closed accounts and not specificed why, and some casinos have then closed them under problem gambling procedures, rather than general dissatisfaction. This can not only prevent the player from reopening the account, but can cause them problems at those casinos where they are happy with the service because once on a self exclusion list, all casinos using this list must adopt the procedure of closing down other accounts, despite this request not having come from the player. The RG process also makes reversing an SE made in error almost impossible, as the whole point of it is to prevent a temporary loss of willpower putting the player back at risk.

In the UK, the UKGC want an industry wide single list, rather than each platform operating it's own. This will help problem gamblers, but make matters even worse for those who end up wrongly classified as SE by a platform that then refuses to budge when asked to correct the error.

Vera&John sent me 100 FS yesterday 05/07/2016 for my birthday.
Alas, 2 days late but I still appreciated their gift.
Played them on Jack Hammer 2 and ended up with €32.00 bonusmoney.
Had to wager 40x and managed to get through it thanks to some nice hits on Zeus III,he was hot last night.

When WR was done I had €244.23 but played it back to €150.00,was hoping for another nice hit but didn't happen.
500 spins on DOA gave me 3 x FS but no wilds to be seen as usual. :D:D

Still WD €150.00.

Thanks V&J!
