MartyDavis VS AcePedro- overdue payments

Hiya Peeps,

I've been looking for updates on the Marty Davis case with him looking after the prism group.

Have we heard how Acepedro's case went??- Did he see any money from them at all.


Has he pretty much paid everyone on the list etc and is he still in the same position as he was.

Basically is there any new updates to this???



P.S-Mods please move this to the Marty Davis thread if need be- I persoanlly coulnt find it so started a new one if that's ok

Acepedro did post and told us that they had reached a satisfactory solution. Dunno how much he got paid although I doubt that it would be in full.

i didnt know that- I bet it was well under the amount owed, Id say he was happy to see anything from them so accepted what ever the offer was.

Max has it right, I'm not going to say anything about the terms of my settlement with Club Player.

However, I do find it very interesting that Marty Davis quit his job there, if rumor is to be believed.

I talked to Marty recently. He is still very much working for Gambling Wages. There's been no change there.

Marty is fully active still for GW, he is a rep over at a forum called LCB.

This is the forum who promotes the crap out of the virtual group and also has Lock Casino as there #1 casino.

Are they seeing more sign ups etc due to marty and him trying to fix there image up?

They will still never see a cent form me but was wondering if things are on the change over there.

I don't think anything has changed or will change. They have dug too deep a hole for themselves. They continue to spam the Hell out of people with huge, impossible bonuses. They will stay around simply because new gamblers do not know any better.

And, sad to say, players that know they are rogue, still play in hopes of being the occasional exception who gets paid on a big win. Fools that should know better, so if they do get screwed over they have no business complaining.

Yeah I agree with you, To be honest I dont really get spammed by them anymore so at least that is a positive for ME I guess..

I'm surprised marty has hung around as long as he has- I bet he has some stories of the going ons over there though. Wonder if he has had any guns pulled on him or had any security guards rough him up.

I bet they still want Bryan to head over to Coast Rica for what they call a Visit.. i'm sure we wouldnt see the man again.
