I hope you're well. Thanks for your feedback.

We're adding new games/providers all the time, averaging around 50/60 new games a month. In the pipe line (in no particular order) we've got Play'n'Go, Skywind, Gaming Realms and Elk & more. Hoping by the end of the year we'll have all those integrated and we'll go from the current 1398 games to around 2000. No doubt we'll still get requests for other games/providers though.

Having your own platform as an operator has many benefits, but one of the negatives is having to do our own game integrations. If we had an "off-the-shelf" platform like so many others, we'd get an email letting us know new provider x has been integrated, we'd have a chat, sign an autograph and switch them live. Instead, we have to have our own team of internal developers to do the integration.

Believe it or not, one of the harder parts is getting a provider live is getting a development slot. There are 100's of sites who all need help from the game provider to integrate their games. We have to go on a backlog and then carefully manage our own internal development priorities to make sure we are free when the provider is. A direct provider integration can take as long as 3 months, perhaps longer.

My list of providers above isn't exhaustive and I'm pleased to say NLC and Push are also on the roadmap. We'll also be adding the other BTG games soon too.

No big deal but checking back always got an email saying purchase complete and on withdrawal would receive email saying winnings on way. But now although still receive emails for promotions do not get the confirmation emails so can't be my settings.

No big deal just liked the email saying winnings on way as then would know it is processed instead of having to check bank to see if it has been sent.

yeah only card i use there. Goes straight into account on withdrawal so quite fast.

I don’t think anything has changed, I’ll check this out when back in the office. I’m not a fan of these transactional emails personally and had planned to stop them at some point, but I haven’t told anyone that yet.

I must admit, some sites just don't fit. I play at Unibet, and god knows why because I keep losing there. LeoVegas on the other hand, I can't stop winning at the minute, although I won't push my luck. I managed a wildline on DOA2 at Unibet though, perhaps thats why, they are getting their money back

Not really into royals etc but did catch some of the proceedings and this is the only thing I really picked up on, mentioning it to wife, kids, mom etc.

He should of passed the crown on to William, but he couldn't as he has to sort his brothers problems out, Andrew n Charles both a pair of wrong uns if you ask me, I just about tolerated the queen but what's Charles bringing to the table Nothing. I don't mind Charlie. From what little I can tell over the years, he shuns the limelight, likes tending to his plants and organic farming, and is into history and the preservation of our heritage. He strikes me as a traditionalist with good values. Ok, so he is out of touch with the common man, but I don't think that is any fault of his own. I think he yearns to do good and be the best he can be, nothing wrong with that.

The biggest issue I have is that the monarchy seems to have no power anymore, with not much say in how the country is run besides signing the odd decree. I think many of the boos and protests were more about the state of the country, which is the governments fault, not the monarchy, whose hands seem tied nowadays.
