These people make me so angry. They gave me a play only bonus for being a good loyal stupid customer of 50. The condition of it was
"This bonus is a 'play only' bonus.
Any winnings you make are yours to keep but when you transfer funds out of your account the bonus will be removed".
So I got lucky and won 154. I quickly withdrew the money and the 50 was removed from my account. Yesterday I got sent this email

So I went to their website and guess what. The wagering requirments are nowhere to be found. Absolute tossers in my view.

Got the same kind of email from them. The wagering is 12x bonus, however you can play slots, and more slots, and then a few table games i cant remember.

However the "funny" part is that i deposited withouth a bonus (balance 0$) at the time of the deposit, made 200$ withdrawal, and then i got 20$ of bonus, me the wagering requirements, and the manager just put all my funds including the 200$ win + 90$ from the bonus, back to my account.

Support says manager is the only one who can do anything about these things, and my email was forwarded to him.
Almost seems like they carry over wagering requirements....... :eek:

Theres a mansion rep on the forum whom will gladly deal with any concerns you have...although i will say that mansion are not financially struggling and the playthrough is easily found in there t+c and as i suspect you may have been playing roulette youll find it dosent count towards pr requirement as is the case on a lot of sites these days...

I dont know why you are talking about roulette? Who said i or the other guy played roulette. I did read their terms and conditions. Anyway, wagered the required extra, because the manager obviously does not care to answer me, and the extra wagering is not overwhelming.
