Got a withdrawl pending for £100 so goes to chat to ask how long they take to process and customer advisors told me my details don’t match at all with what I’ve written? Saying that it’s a completely different person?!!!! But on my screen I see my correct details my card details my name my address date of birth etc. Not impressed at all and she’s insisting I’m not who I say I am! After all the verification drama last week I’m guessing they’ve got me mixed up some were along the line. Nobody is listening to me and it’s concerning that I’ve got a withdrawl pending as well. I’ve withdrew in the past too and now I’m
Supposedly fully verified but now saying the details I’ve put in the chat don’t match the email

If you have nothing to hide and you just gave the wrong email just relax. We all have different emails for work and adult memberships haha :)

Aye, they're good guys. Withdrawals are rarely more than twelve hours to process, and usually less.

Yes all sorted now thank you. I hold my hands up it seems I made the mistake and therefore apologies for my hasty post!
 
maybe you can help me I verified before I deposit, got confirmation email account fully verified, but on casino website says you're acount is not verified.

Edit: I checked your account and your account status in the My Account > Profile says "Verified". When did you check it last time?
