Got a withdrawl pending for £100 so goes to chat to ask how long they take to process and customer advisors told me my details don’t match at all with what I’ve written? Saying that it’s a completely different person?!!!! But on my screen I see my correct details my card details my name my address date of birth etc. Not impressed at all and she’s insisting I’m not who I say I am!
