Resolved LV-Bet KYC Issues

Hi,

I made a withdrawal at LV-Bet and closed my account. They still require verification issues to withdraw $37 of my own deposited money.
They won't verify me and accept the 19 documents from bills to letters from doctors, online purchases, id ect.
They mention it's too blurry, but you can read every number or letter on the documents when you zoom in.
They wont accept a Skype chat or formal letter from my bank adressed to LV-bet.

It has taken me almost 2,5 months but still issues.

Ridiculous !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
I don't understand why you don't send pictures that are not blurry if you've had 2½ months to fix them? No way that any casino would stall a cashout of $37 without reasons.
Have you talked to their rep?
 
They aren't .. they mention my documents are older than 3 months when it isn't even a week old. Those 2,5 months are the result of their part of the verification process. Luckily I closed that account ... its truly ridiculous. Online casino's are doing this on purpose and not cause their license state that. Had better and quicker verifications at other casino's. If they are that strict don't accept deposits then. No no.. I wont recommend this #$%$ hassle to any player !!
 
They are accredited here and it's not ok to just through dirt at them if you're not telling the truth, or if you don't want to solve the problem.
I suggest you send a pm to the rep or make a PAB. It's not the first problem you've posted about so I have some doubts if it's really the casinos that are the problem.
 
Started recently playing again. But ow I remember why I for example avoided curacao licensed casino's ect. (Lv-bet also MGA they're strong licensed). My bank can send files for verification issues for example online stores ect. they didn't accept that. Anyways I reacted a bit frustrated. I have no grudges against LV-Bet. I will contact them later this day. Have a good day Tirilej .

I'm very sorry to hear that this issue is going on for the last 2 and a half months. Seeing your comment i've contacted to our team to ask for the details and learned that you sent the valid documents and the problem is solved. As for the issue, I do assure you that our teams do their best to solve such issues in favour of our players but also by complying the legal requirements as we're licences by the MGA and the UKGC.

In such cases, I'd like to repeat for all our players that I'm always around and they can always contact me for getting into the issue although our team is very competent about such legal issues sometimes some more coordination might help.

Anyway, I'm glad that this issue is solved.

Didn't the rep say it was solved and that they had paid? In that case no need to send in more.

It's solved. Don't mind my remarks earlier of me I was a bit frustrated like I said.
