Lvbet say my winnings came from the Paysafecard deposit of £20 the day before i won.....which they did not.

28/03 - Deposited £50 via Skrill in order to claim promotion for 100 LV spins, that under T & Cs, are credited the next day. Lost this deposit. Later on, deposited £20 via paysafecard and lost this too, balance down to 0.

29/03 - Starting balance 0. Played my 100 LV spins that i got from the £50 Skrill deposit i mentioned above. Won a little, managed wagering and won big at the end. Never happens, ever. Very happy. Withdraw to Skrill, but not allowed.

This is what happened. And even if my winnings came from a paysafecard deposit....i should still be able to withdraw to skrill, i mean why not? Same company, both paysafecard and skrill accounts verified. Just not understanding at all. Honestly get feeling LVbet just wanted to be awkward. Still pretty upset about it now.
 
Keep getting 25% bonus "offers" which is 30x (d+b) i.e a terrible deal . Really a negative for me as these bonuses are actually detrimental for the player overall since effective wagering on the bonus amount is 150x AND it ties in your real money (which I thought was not suppposed to be allowed for UK anymore either ?) . I do like your casino but a 25% bonus offer with these terms is worse than no bonus imo (and almost predatory imo for players who may be caught unawares) so you need to sort your promos out

The compliance process with the UKGC req. in terms of promotions have been going on for a while in LV BET, and it's almost finalized as the deadline for the compliance was set as the 3rd of April. Well, after all i said, LVbet stunned me by actually paying the withdrawal i played back in frustration. Which is simply amazing:O As much as i was annoyed at the situation, they did not have to do that at all.

It is extremely appreciated however, and it has very much restored my faith in this casino. This, coupled with some recent excellent customer service separate to this issue, has really made me see that this casino does care about its players, and is 100% transparent. Which is a lot more than can be said about some other casinos out there.

Had some very recent withdrawals paid within an hour too, no messing. Im going to play here a lot more often, no doubt.

On a side note, the BF games on this casino....gave them a try, jesus, they throw out such casual huge wins. Just sat there on auto play.....100x, 300x, 50x....no song or dance, kind of like merkur in that respect. Of course they can also be brutal in the same fashion, but still enjoying them a lot.

Just.. wow. THAT is an incredible gesture, I've never once in all my years of playing seen a casino return funds that a player gambled away in (justified) frustration.

Ive had it quite a few times from different casinos. Usually the really good ones understand their product was shit for whatever reason and will give a refund. Should be the norm to be honest. Who wants to lose $200 to laggy disconnecting non working games? You wont get many returns thats for sure

I am a UK player, and went on to your welcome offer and could only see lv spins advertised , no mention of welcome deposit bonuses on first 4 deposits as was mentioned on page 1 of this thread.

Is the welcome deposit bonus still available , is is just automatically credited ? Why no mention on the website ?

Joined last night and made a deposit (refusing any offer of bonuses).

I actually had an amazing game on Break da Bank Again; got free spins 4 times in a row which I have never seen before. Played a host of other games and all loaded perfectly, no disconnections, just the occasional (slightly irritating) extra long time to stop spin. Otherwise all working well, I really like the casino and can see myself staying put here.

There is just one genuine annoyance: that bloody awful wheel. Why is it always there? Why does it keep expanding (and pushing my game to the side) without any interaction from me? It even stopped itself twice as if I had pressed something leaving me no alternative but to redeem 50 LV points on one occasion, and close my game on another because I don't know what LV spins are and don't want them anyway :mad:

I just registered and was going to try out the site but went to the deposit page and saw only free spins, i asked support about the 100% deposit that i saw on here and they said the site has just been updated and that the offer should show properly later on. So i came here to check and looks like you are only doing the free spins welcome offer now so i think maybe support staff are not well informed. As a new customer there are plenty of better offers out there the spins are poor value for a welcome offer, i can see you say you are working on a new offer for uk customers but untill then i don't think i will be trying out the site.

Just to be sure, please let me remind you our mysterious cure for all the problems: clearing the cache and browsing history. The IT guys informed us that most of the issues can be solved with this simple procedure (i don't know why and how :eek2:). However, i do believe there're some others needed to be reported. In this regard, if you couldn't solve your problem by this only cure we have; you can kindly send me a screenshot about the issue (by PM maybe), and I'll report it the first thing tomorrow morning. Or you can directly contact the support team as well. Our amazing customer support agents are doing their best to help our players in these though days.

@LV BET - was able to make a deposit just now, so all is well with the world again.
I'm not sure if the issue is actually resolved though - I used Google Chrome this time, so perhaps the problem is specific to MS Edge. Either way, it's all good.

You won't fail the BBF, that I can basically guarantee - the one major issue I've seen was resolved in the most player-friendly way possible; that alone instils a lot of confidence in the casino.
I've made a few deposits, a withdrawal, had some nice wins... everything going well so far. All signs are good :)

It has been a complete and utter nightmare trying to play here since Friday.

Last night, try to deposit to claim the current promotion on offer. Confirm deposit button missing. Ok I think, let’s do the usual.

4 different browsers, 3 different devices, incognito mode, in private , clearing cookies and cache a ridiculous amount of times.....anndd give up. Unable to deposit, site is unstable (random lines of code?), support just gives generic IT team are working on it. As you can tell I’m frustrated, but only because I thought the world of LVbet, and again been just painful. Missed the promotion too, as it expired midnight.

Had an issue with a missing bonus yesterday too, and very much got a talk to the hand approach, which I didn’t appreciate.

Not sure what’s going on, hope it gets ironed out soon because I’m giving up until it is.

Fair play to LVbet, they explained the issue i had (iOS deposit page not working), and offered to sort the promotion i missed out on if i made the required deposit.

Im sure LVbet are under some serious pressure with the IT issues, do hate to make a big deal, but sometimes it gets to you;)
 
Alright, account break set for 30 days. That IDIOTIC wheel keeps expanding for no reason whatsoever (long before it is filled) and "coincidentally" moving my cursor over the [Max Bet] button, sometimes I play a few spins before I realise what has happened. What a stupid and ridiculous design decision. It's a crap wheel with offensive "prizes" anyway... I'll play elsewhere.

I apologise for what now looks like a rude post, I was just extremely frustrated at the time after being "caught out" again by it. I would like to play without the constant stress of expecting that to happen at any moment.

At least give users the option to hide the wheel, maybe open in up later on and collect any spins on it rather than simply interrupting our game over and over again. A notification somewhere saying "you have 3 spins on the LV wheel, click here to play them now..." (or something like that). So annoying as it is.
 
yeah im with others on this one. New Lv wheel (well newish, was changed long time ago) is kinda crap. Before the change it was nice and it actually made me want to play there. Then they added stuff like 5 free spins on starburst and called it new and improved wheel :=)

when it just released it was mostly a few $ cash, or $10-$50 bonus and stuff. I really thought its one of better loyalty systems out there, but after the change all i was getting was starburst free spins so now its something you dont really care about and thats not good.

btw i also sent my feedback shortly after and got the usual "we will submit it to casino department" answer so ... yeah, i wouldnt expect much to change

having a few more equalized tournaments wouldnt hurt. Right now there is only one of those while other tournaments are whoever wagers the most kind of stuff, which was ok 15 yrs ago, today not so much.

I've got the confirmation from the Casino Manager that they've requested to make the LV Wheel optional, so in future you can switch it off and it won't bother you anymore :rolleyes::rolleyes:. Moreover, the currency options in the tournaments have already been requested too; as we had this feedback also at the beginning of the tread and I submitted it to the Casino Manager then. But I need to admit that such changes will take some time as our IT team is always super busy but sooner or later we'll have these options.

In the meantime, they told me the prizes based on the levels so the higher you reach, the better the prizes become. On the other hand, i totally understand your frustration but i hope you'll also understand us (the small ppl in the company including my customer support colleagues) that we can just submit the feedback on these issues and cannot interrupt much as such decisions are taken by the management (big guys in the company) but at least I can assure you that LV BET management always takes into account all the feedback and tries to adapt accordingly, although it takes some time :cheers:

Anyway, i hope in future we can provide many options to the players to customize their gaming experience as much as possible; as that's the only way to make more players happy at the same time as everybody has their own preferences.
