The have a very good selection of games to include Microgaming, Netent, Thunderkick, Play n Go, Novomatic, just to name a few. They also offer sportsbetting for you sportsfans. They also support a load of languages – which is a good sign that they may be planning to increase their exposure to other European markets."

As a Canadian, I got these questions...

1) Will your casino support CAD currency anytime soon ?
2) Will you get some deposit and withdrawal options for Canadians as well? For e-wallets, we can only use Ecopayz for gambling transactions and for "Instant Banking", We can use InstaDebit and iDebit. For cashouts to the bank, using "Citadel" ( I think that is what it is called ) is cheap and won't cost Canadians a arm and a leg on fees...

Hi there. Thanks for your time and for the very first questions, Sonict :)

Here are the the answers i got from the payment department:

1) At the moment, we don't have such an update about the CAD currency, which means sadly the management doesn't plan to launch the CAD currency very soon. However, I will keep you updated if there is any change regarding to that.

2) As for the payment methods, the process is going on with the Ecopayz to cover the Canadian players, and we're very close to finalize the process. So, hopefully we're going to launch Ecopayz for the Canadian players very soon. Another payment method available for the Canadian players is the credit card option. If there's any update about the other payment methods, i'll give a shout to you as well.

Please keep in touch with any further queries and updates

Kind regards,

Isil

Thank you for the quick answer Lincolnuk

@Toronion, thank you for pointing out these aspects :)

In the LV BET

, the timeline for the cashout is written to be processed up to 72 hours, but the withdrawal request is normally processed up to 24h, and if the chosen payment method is online (i.e. e-wallets) the cashout is instant after it's processed, as for the credit cards it's up to 3 working days and for the bank transfers up to 5 working days. No doubt, our colleagues do their best to make it faster, and usually they manage it (you can see in the comments here or in the review page). However, the team can guarantee only the payment timeline mentioned in the

As for the Welcome Bonus Package, as long as you make deposits (no discrimination among the methods, we welcome all :)) you can benefit from it. For more detailed info and the full terms and conditions of our Welcome bonus Package, you can click

Its a truly great casino and never had a slightest of problems with them. Payouts are usually much faster than stated, and game selection is also great but since they have novos i mostly play those and ignore the rest so cant be sure if some good slots from other providers are missing :p

Wagering on anything under 100% is huge though so keep that in mind when taking bonuses guys. I usually ignore everything other than 100% matchups because its really not worth it.

For example if you were to take 25% bonus
deposit $10 get $2,5 bonus. Start with $12,5 with $375 wagering requirement just because of $2,5 bonus. Thats ridiculous really. Bonus wagering wise its something like 150x bonus wager, which is not something id take in this lifetime :p

@LV BET
any plans on changing tournaments format because current one favors people who use euros as their currency? Im talking about equalized tournaments because ones where whoever wagers the most is not something lowrollers care about.

Im using $ and for equalized tournaments where it says min bet is 0.25 eur i have to bet $0,5 because $0.25 is less than 25 eurocents and you can only increase betsize from $0,25 to $0,5 so im forced to bet almost double compared to people in euros and i dont think thats fair :)

Hello, i'm back with some answers again :)
Thank you for your time and the questions

@theapple I consulted to our casino manager and mentioned your feedback regarding this issue; and he said we have a project regarding this as they are aware of the issue, but we don't know when exactly we can adapt the currencies in the tournaments. So, briefly, i can say we're working on it but sadly i don't have a timeline for the solution :(

@pinnit2014 Sadly, I can confirm that we don't have such a project at the moment. Personally, I also think that it's a very volatile financial instrument, probably the management sees it very risky for both sides to trust in (but this is just my opinion, no offense to btg). It seems that we'll keep on the old-school style for a while more.

@Dantos Thank you for the suggestion. Probably it's not in the list because we accept the sportsbook customers, however, we can add extra note for casino.

Kind regards

Too bad, our gambling law forbids and blocks websites of bet/casino companies who do not own local license. I am sad, but staying positive for the future maybe this will change. :)
Good luck on your way to accredited casinos list!

Dear Gonzo,
The withdrawal request is processed up to 24 hours, then the waiting time depends on the method :) You're right for the wagering requirements, but still we have wonderful customer support, various promotions, many different slot options, Novomatic games, Play'n GO, BF games which are also unique and quite popular :rolleyes:

I gather if you have Canadian players youre familair with Vanilla Mastercards, a common deposit method for us Canuckleheads.
Please tell me you wont require CC scans of disposbale cards, as if youre familiar with the BIN list, you can easily identify they arent in the players name, and cant be reloaded or withdrawn to.
If that's the case (scans not required of each card) you can look forward to me trying the site.
