I'll chaeck a couple of other browsers but have to go watch the rugby now, will report back later ...

Dear Gonzo,
The withdrawal request is processed up to 24 hours, then the waiting time depends on the method :) You're right for the wagering requirements, but still we have wonderful customer support, various promotions, many different slot options, Novomatic games, Play'n GO, BF games which are also unique and quite popular :rolleyes:

The wagering of 30xD+B is quite high, but not unreasonable for a 100% at 60xB
Where it becomes unreasonable is 90xB for the 50% bonus and 150xB for the 25% bonus.
Why so much more wagering for less bonus?

Why can't casinos just advertise a flat 60xB (or whatever) for all bonuses?
I'm sure the marketing people prefer to advertise D+B, since it looks less. But players aren't really that stupid, they can work it out.

Maybe that's why casinos are always complaining about players only taking the first bonus, and never returning.
Who in their right mind is going to attempt 150x wagering ?

Hello All,

@dionysus I already consulted to the payment department regarding your question and waiting for their reply, as it's a bit out of my knowledge and authority. I will keep you updated

@rogertb sorry for my late reply, do you still have the same problem with also different browsers? pls also try to clear the cache & browsing history, and let me know. I can consult to the IT department.

@brianmon Thank you for the feedback. Such decisions are made by the management, but i'll definitely let them know about it. I hope we can recover it via a nice gaming experience.:rolleyes:

Kind regards

Isil

@rogertb Please don't use external links :) I edited your post for the web address ;)

... and isil, seems to be loading ok in Safari this afternoon, thank you.

Reminds me of Energy Casino, took two bonuses, £450 later, 80p spins on Captain Venture, not one feature!!!!

Time to chase?!?!?

Been playing here for a few weeks.

Game selection for UK players is limited. No Microgaming, Merkur, Bally. But Still got a nice selection, around 300 games.

Lv Wheel seems to always select the worst prize possible. Shows all sorts of stunning looking prizes......500 FS, £2000 bonus, £50 cash......lands on 10 FS on Starburst=/ Recently changed it so LV points (comp points) are only obtainable by the LV Wheel too, not by wagers.

What i don't like is the withdrawal system so far. Managed a small win here and there, but each was left pending and fully reversible for a day or so, and me being an impatient sod reversed a couple of times. Don't get an email or acknowledgment that your withdrawal is on with...it just sits reversible. Do not like that tbh, why not just make it non reversible? Fully verified of course prior to withdrawing. Own fault of course, had they been larger withdrawals id have waited, albeit grudgingly.

Although customer service seems good and casino reasonable, I dont see myself playing here much more soon due to the withdrawal handling. Plenty of casinos can simply process near instant or not have long (if any) pending periods, why give money to casinos that clearly do not have a players best interests at heart? Might be a bit cynical but there it is. Of course a casinos defense when it comes to pending periods is to start harping on about responsible gambling etc as justification for said pending periods.

There's nothing 'Responsible' about pending periods. The longer the withdrawal is left pending and reversible, the more chance there is of the player, reversing and losing it.
It's just another example of some companies short-sightedness within the industry...

Player gets a decent withdrawal - withdrawal goes pending and reversible
Player gets pissed off waiting, reverses and loses =Casino doesn't have to pay out = customer moves on to another casino, never to return
So the casino loses any future deposits from that customer, who would have, eventually, deposited it all back, AND MORE

No luck loading site again this morning ... Safari and Firefox, maybe Isil could get it looked in to please

That was essentially what I meant by that sentence i just didnt explain clearly:) I mean, if you try and speak to a casino about their pending period, they begin to say its all a players responsibility etc, and if you cant control yourself to not reverse well then you have a problem etc. Really is a very frustrating thing to deal with imo.

I tried to play there today, but it didnt work. :(
I deposited but didnt take any bonus.

Talked a lot to CS but they couldnt help.
Said: clear cookies, cache, change webbrowser, reload page, restart computer etc etc.. (nothing worked)
Got these 2 msgs when i tried to load a lot of games (Merkur, Bally etc):

Hello,

I'll try to get an answer about that asap. Did you check your Flash Player? i'm not sure but that might cause the trouble as well. And as far as I know they advise using chrome, can you pls check it also with chrome? When I have an answer i'll let you know

Kind regards,

Isil

Thats it for me and this casino lol. So i get to a pretty high level on the LV Wheel. High enough that the prizes are all pretty awesome looking...all except one prize. 20 FS. Im like surely no, it wont land on the worst prize, not for the 14th time running. And this wheel took around £7500 of wagering to trigger mind.....yep....20 FS=/

It wouldnt be so bad, but the casino uses the wheel as justification for not giving out good will etc. So for my £1700+ of deposits since Feb....my reward is 10-20 free spins every thousands of pounds wagered. Cheers...

Rant over, but damn its annoying.

Just had the worst experience ive ever had at an online casino.

Had some free spins today from these guys, from their deposit xx get xx free spins next day.

Won something very nice, reached wagering, ask in chat if im fine to withdraw. Yes, no problem. Withdraw and then play a little with remaining balance. Here is where it goes south.

99% of my deposits are with Skrill. Rest are Paysafecard. It just so happens that my last deposit was with Paysafecard, and so they cancel my withdrawal request and say please withdraw via bank transfer. I explain, as i did when i verified the account, i do not currently have a bank account. They say sorry rules are rules, bank transfer only. My loyalty manager shows me the hand, the live chat staff do, as does the finance department. Stuck with winnings i cant actually withdraw in any way. Not allowed to withdraw to skrill even if i deposit again via skrill.

Live chat completely not interested, just ended up saying if you have any other questions except about the fact you cant withdraw, i will go now. Great?!

I played away my winnings as they clearly wanted, and will no longer give them a penny. This is what 2 months of £2000+ deposits gets me, a complete kicking to the curb.

ALL other casinos i play at allow withdrawals to skrill after depositing with Paysafecard. Why wouldnt they?? its my main deposit method for one. And its the same company!!

Am disgusted in their attitude towards the whole situation. Good start to the day completely ruined, shame on LVbet tbh.

Dear Dwyer,

First of all, I'm very sorry for this unpleasant experience. With the aim of helping you on this issue, I have looked into it and talked to the relevant people to get some answers...

The Payment Department says that as your winnings were resulted from your deposit made via Paysafecard; and in such a case it's obligatory that this amount should be withdrawn via bank transfer. Although our departments tried their hardest to change the situation and to find an alternative, unfortunately they have also seen that several transactions were previously made by Paysafecard in your transaction history. As that's the case, unfortunately, due to our regulations, we are bound by this rule due to the fact that we cannot make exceptions for just one person in this matter.

I am very sorry that that you spent away your winnings in frustration, however the rules are rules. I hope you'll also understand our situation here.

Kind regards,

Isil

The deposit i made to get the winnings was Skrill. I deposited £50 28/03 to get 100 LV spins next day. Today i played the 100 LV spins and won. How is that anything to do with my deposit via paysafecard?

Dear Dwyer,
Thank you for your reply.
I sent you a PM to answer your question as my answer includes some private information.
Kind regards,
Isil
