Requested $ 350.00 withdrawal on 11/11/ Admittedly, they already had Doc's prior to request. Cannot get anyone to be honest about what is going on. They keep putting the $$ back into my play account with one excuse after another first that ACH method under new process willl be following week before processed, ACH process changes taking longer than they thought, I should use Courier Cheque as it will e faster, supposedly it would be here in 5 days. Money put back into casino account, 2 WEEKS NOW GONE, again requested withdrawal now I have to verbally confirm my deposits before I can request withdrawal ??? Did not have to do this before. I called and answered questions, money again put back into casino account. Again - 3rd time now requesting withdrawal in the casino, another 3 WEEKS NOW GONE, Courier Check will now be processed and I would receive tracking number in 2 days, that was a week ago. 4 WEEKS GONE AND NO $$$$. On 12/9 I was told the check had been sent but I could not get a Tracking Number because Fed Ex had not provided them with tracking numbers for items sent out on 12/6 yet!!!!! I cannot get the Club World Casino Rep here to even answer my PM's. AVOID PLAY AT ALL CLUB WORLD CASINOS !!!! NO PAY !!
