Requested $ 350.00 withdrawal on 11/11/ Admittedly, they already had Doc's prior to request. Cannot get anyone to be honest about what is going on. They keep putting the $$ back into my play account with one excuse after another first that ACH method under new process willl be following week before processed, ACH process changes taking longer than they thought, I should use Courier Cheque as it will e faster, supposedly it would be here in 5 days. Money put back into casino account, 2 WEEKS NOW GONE, again requested withdrawal now I have to verbally confirm my deposits before I can request withdrawal ??? Did not have to do this before. I called and answered questions, money again put back into casino account. Again - 3rd time now requesting withdrawal in the casino, another 3 WEEKS NOW GONE, Courier Check will now be processed and I would receive tracking number in 2 days, that was a week ago. 4 WEEKS GONE AND NO $$$$. On 12/9 I was told the check had been sent but I could not get a Tracking Number because Fed Ex had not provided them with tracking numbers for items sent out on 12/6 yet!!!!! I cannot get the Club World Casino Rep here to even answer my PM's. AVOID PLAY AT ALL CLUB WORLD CASINOS !!!! NO PAY !!

There is no need to open two topics for the same subject, you already submitted your problem once, no need to harrasing the forums.

It's the worst you can do since you have a problem. You should be polite so anyone can discuss and help you out.

This seems to be an ongoing problem with CWC. It's the weekend now so you may need to be a little more patient for the rep to answer your PM. It seems players are getting paid, but the process is a slow one. Patience seems to be the order of the day. Hopefully, they will have a tracking number for you soon.

There are several complaints about the lack of response from CS. The CWC Rep Tom often takes a while to respond to posts and PM's. It seems that the CS part of CWC is slipping fast down a very steep slope.

Why Moved ?

Can anyone tell me why my message shows to have been moved??

NeuroPR, If I came across as harassing that was not my intent. I am new to this forum posting and could not find the first post I made so I did it again thinking I had not done it right. I do not understand why you would say I need to be patient and that I have a problem. I believe that waiting 30 days for a withdrawal is more than patient in light of the fact they state they have a 1 day withdrawal process. I would be more than happy to forward you the 20 or more emails I have sent and replied to regarding this whole process, starting with th first 10 of them my being nice,patient and understanding. As far as having a problem, I have a problem when I am repeatedly lied to day after day after day. I have a problem when it's obvious it is one stalling tactic after another. It's $350.00 for heavens sake. Which in itself causes me to have serious doubts about the financial stability of a casino when they go through the extremes they are going through to not have to pay out $ 350.00. That is real scary. I have a problem when I trust someone to live up to their word and they do not. I have a problem when what should have been fun,exciting and enjoyable has been anything but that. Most of all I have a problem when I have to spend hours, no wait WASTE hours of my time because some Blanked blanked blanked has failed to live up to their part of the deal. It would be different if there Website were truthful and stated that should you win I might and might not pay you, the verdict is still out, that I will definitely lie to you daily in more ways than one, that the requirements for withdrawing are subject to change every minute of every day just because they want them to, that they are anything but reputable because if they were we would not be having this discussion. If they had been truthful about the whole thing then it would be shame on me for depositing at a place that at best you have to fight to get your money and worse you never will get it. Just someone talk to me and be truthful that is all I want and I hardly think unfair to ask. Quit giving me the run around and most of all do not insult my intelligence by trying to convice me that you sent/shipped a letter through FedEX over 5 days ago and that they have yet to issue you a tracking number. I mean how (and I would really love to use the F word here) unbelieveable is that I ask you? That is the biggest problem I have. I requested this withdrawal on 11/11/11. $ 350.00. There is a problem alright because I was told today that it will be next week now????? Why?? The real reason is because I am guessing they have no $$$. I think I can get my $ 350.00 a lot faster by taking bets on that it will not be next week or the week after, more than likely not until next year before I get this if I ever get it. Your post was moved because you posted it twice, which is against forum etiquette.

Just some friendly advice. It is very difficult to read a post that has no paragraphs, and many people will just not bother reading, which isn't good if you are wanting assistance.

Did you contact the casino rep?

I sincerely doubt the casino has run out of money.

Simmo! moved it when he deleted your duplicate thread.

Egads, my eyes are bleeding. Was your first withdrawal request ACH? If so, this is why it is taking so long, they aren't doing them. Go read the numerous threads pertaining to this. CWC for the last 3-4-5-6 months have delayed withdrawals in this method, didn't tell players (just kept telling them there were processor problems/delays), have just started recommended to players they NOW switch to checks. It freakin' sucks.

My recommendation...You don't like the waiting time for withdrawals...don't play online, play at your local B&M. It's only going to get worse. The online casinos know they have US players when it comes to withdrawals, so either put up with the inconveniences or don't play online...

Lucky Red is part of the Club World Group of casinos that includes Club World, Aladdins Gold, High Noon, Manhattan and BuzzLuck.

These are quality accredited casinos. Ones that I play at and continue to play at without any concern about getting paid.

ACH and other payments methods (and deposit options) are a challenge for all online casinos, especially payments to the US based players. It doesn't mean the accredited casinos are screwing with you, they are having serious issues getting payments to go through successfully to players.

I do not believe it is a cash flow problem or a shortage of funds at the casino --- its' getting the money to the players. Case in point, I received CASH this week from a casino.

Accept delays from any accredited site or don't play. These delays are no surprise to CM members. Also don't count days on weekends as days of delay. It is rare that a casino answers emails or processes withdrawals on weekends. Same with a PM to Tom, do not necessarily expect an answer on a weekend. Even Casino reps get days off.

I had quite a few w/d from Club World casinos during the past few months and all of them were processed promptly with no delays. Perhaps the problem is related to US transfers only.
Now waiting for another one from Lucky red, hopefully will be in my instadebit on Monday. :lick:

While you were not intent on harassing personally I felt it extremely difficult to read your post. Other than slicing it into paragraphs you should only have included facts and should probably have left out your outbursts which would have made it easier to comprehend. I note you are based in the US. If you had been a little patient and tried to read threads on payments to USA players you may have noticed it does take some time for the funds to reach you. There have been a number of threads on this especially associated with the Club World Group. Dont vent your frustration on members who are willing to offer comments/advice.

You'll get paid. It may take a while, but you'll get paid. Remain polite and cooperative.

You've been a member here for 5 years but aren't aware of the payout delays to USA players? The forum provides a great deal of information and is an essential tool for USA players.

Processors come, processors go.... players and casinos get tangled in the mess that's left behind. For some of us, it's not worth the hassle anymore.

I have had the same experience with several casinos. They get your money then you have to wait forever to get yours. It has caused me to rethink the whole online gaming thing. I don't trust a single one of them.

I am also new to Casinomeister and am overwhelmed with the size and complexity of it. I am not especially computer savvy. Thanks to the nice people who have helped me and given good advice along the way. :)

Doble-posting in error is no big deal but when one posts shouldnt he/she try to render the post easily comprehensible. That applies to any poster, new and old. Futhermore, one should be courteous at all times especially when one is seeking advice from others. Again, this ihas nothing to do with whether one is a noob or veteran.

Hi Lorrie,

I can understand your feeling duped due to the wait. Your frustration comes through in this post loud and clear. I firmly believe you will be paid and hope you would take a moment to inform us when your check arrives. From my personal experience it has taken 5 to 7 working days cashing out from a CW establishment. Prior to the processor issues at CW, I would have a check in hand in 4 days, no question, ever since it has taken a bit longer. Being US players and playing online, we have no alternative but to play the waiting game. It sucks but that is the gamble we take in playing.

I am gonna support Nate on this one.;) Seems to be a problem as of late and quite frankly the "full box" excuse can be used only so many times.

Just verified that the rep checked in on Dec 9th. I find it hard to believe that the pm box is always full. There's a 200 message capacity, correct? I shall apologize for my cynicism in advance, however I have sent pms in the past that were totally ignored and only addressed via forum threads when the heat was on. Never ever a personal reply. I find that tactic to be somewhat passive/aggressive. JMO

I do apologise for the delays in getting these funds to you. I realise how frustrating it is when delays like this occur however I do think you are being a little unfair.

You first sent me a PM on Saturday and as I was away this weekend visiting family I did not get in front of my computer to respond until this morning. I also personally emailed you on the 14th and the 23rd of November explaining the situation with your withdrawal request.

Your withdrawal was only put back into your balance once and the reasons for this were explained to you on the phone on the 30th.

I have checked with the processor this morning and I have sent you a PM with the details of when your Cheque will arrive.
