Lucky Nugget fix this please

It appears Prima has updated your software, now I'm locked out and so is support. My username is Pokeraddict1. Update downloads, then it says I must activate? Obviously ive already activiated but no big deal but it says it will email me activation code. No, the software never emails this and i cannot continue without it. Why do I need to activate again if i already played there? Why wont the system email me this code? How can support be locked out too????? Should I just sign up again?

Apologies for the late response. It looks as if you tried to use your alias to access your account instead of the account number itself. Your account is open so it won't be a case of being locked out.

Try logging in with the account number created at registration and that should rectify things. If you have any trouble, please let us know and we'll gladly send your account number and a new password to you.
