    Hello!I have problem with my withdrawal with lucky 18 casino.All my documents are accepted, my withdrawal was aprooved:
    5/8/2009 5:37:30 AM Overnight Express Withdrawal Approved! ($396.00)
    But still no money in my bank account.
    No answer from casino managment,I writing many times.
    Chat support only promisse,make nots on my account and told that they will contact me.
    Can anybody help me?

    reads to me like you will recieve a check not a transfer into your banking account
    an a check takes at least 5 to 10 days

    hi,

    not sure what exactly overnight express means because iam from germany and dont have this option. as i cashed out once at lucky 18 the only way for me to receive the funds was wire transfer to my bank account.

    it took about 20 days till it finally hit my account... i got also little concerned but their support is real great imho they showed me a screenshot of the transfer has been made and few days later it came like they promised.

    if they would improve their withdrawal methods i would come back there to play as their serevice was real outstanding.

    so dont worry you will receive your winnings.. there was a woman in the support staff, sorry dont remember her name, but she fixed everything quite professional for me.

    overnight express in the USA you mail a package an the person recieves it the next day I would recheck into your withdraw as you should have recieved it by now it has been 23 days

    Thanks for the answers.They have sending money direct to my bank account,support is tolding me that.And I must recive it on 21 may,but today is 2 june.How long time can take wire transfer?

    if they send you a wire transfer you can ask support for the actual date they aproved the transfer, they should provide you with that information.

    but if you requested overnight express do they have your account details then?

    but as its june 2nd i wouldnt worry as their wire transfers takemore than 20days, and theres also weekend and holidays excluded. but i think it should show up in your account this week if they have sent it like you said.

    My experience with this casino was not good at all. I am not playing there anymore.

    They used to send lots of spam bonus offers - that actually were not bad - but not any more. I read on another website that they are not stable financially.
    I'd send them to the Rogue Pit.

    I hope it gets resolved for you, OP.

    Please note that it is unwise to discuss a Pitch-A-Bitch related issue while that PAB is in progress. You should read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ in full, take particular note of the section entitled Q: What are my responsibilities once the PAB is submitted?.

    [strike]Which brings us to another point. Your PAB is "on hold" because I have tried to contact you for additional information on your PAB but have had no response. Again, this is listed under the "my responsibilities" section of the FAQ, namely that you must respond to my emails concerning your PAB or it gets tossed in the rubbish.

    As stated above, I strongly recommend that you read and follow the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ. If you can't be bothered then neither can we.[/strike]

    As to the rest of you with Lucky 18 issues I'd also recommend a read through the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ. If you are eligible to PAB and are willing to follow through as described in the FAQ I'm happy to take on your complaint. If there really is a problem with this casino then there is no faster way to find that out than to have the PABs on the table and in progress. The cost to you for the PAB is very reasonable: 0.

    I encourage the OP, aolegf, to contact me directly if their communications with the casino are unsatisfactory. If this issue continues to play out on the message boards, instead of privately like PABs are supposed to, then I'll be forced to abandon the PAB and leave the player to handle things on their own.

    Since this in now a PAB issue I would also encourage the casino people to contact me or the player directly instead of taking the issue to the message boards. They have my full assurance that the issue will be handled professionally and once things have been settled credit will be given to them here. Taking things to the boards like this muddies the waters and is in no one's best interests.

    Probleme solved.After we chek the problem was with my bank in Latvia.I got my money via cash transfer, I should have requested an alternative payment method.
