So it would seem as if online gaming is becoming a reality here in the US.

Churchhill Downs has brought on online lottery site that is now legal in the US. They allowed check or credit/debit card deposits.
They have a weekly drawing for $250 free and also have random lottery like games through out the day. So far it seems like fun, so far I have broke even.
Anyone have any experience with cashouts from this place?

Can you post a link where you saw this? This sounds interesting.

Ok found this long article...

While Luckity is not directly part of Churchill's push for online poker, spokeswoman Courtney Yopp Norris said the investment in the wagering platform used by Luckity and TwinSpires would be used to help Churchill compete with legalized internet gambling.

Luckity.com is the site where I have found that it seems like fun so far.
The only issue is the system can't seem to find my account right now. So product support is currently working on that. Yet it seems like fun.
You have lottery based bets, and even a side sweepstakes.

This sounds great!!! I will be looking into this. Thanks Cheeta!

Not sure if this will be the same, but betting on greyhounds is legal. (it's a horse/greyhound track place online) My husband and father do this, when they win they request a check and a week later it's here. It looks like a regular paycheck from your job.

After I did some deeper research, I have found that there lottery style games. Really are just betting on the horse race. Kind of disappointing, I had assumed with they way they presented it. That it was more lottery style. So really anyone could win big or little on this ordeal. Varying on how good you are with horses, or if you were like me not realizing it was a horse bet. Just becoming lucky because you chose 2 random numbers and happen to win.
At least the $250 weekly prize draw is intriguing. You can play casino style games, win clovers. Enter those for a weekly $250 cash draw. Then the money gets deposited into your wagering account to be either bet with, or you can request a bank transfer or a check.

Side Note:For those who are concerned, that I'm talking about an US facing online casino site in a public forum area like online casinos. Considering this is Churchill Downs in Kentucky running this place. I'm figuring there isn't anything hush, hush that needs to be placed in ATB. Mainly because it's not an underdog operation that's trying to flaunt the US laws.

Do they actually give you the horse race you are betting on? Meaning do they show you the horse race and the horses entered? And can you watch the race? This would be quite easy for a "horse charter" to win at. I know a few. ;)

I was under the assumption that you picked numbers and they coinsided with a horse race, but you didn't know which one.

I played the free games today (I haven't deposited yet, so couldn't look around)...I hate bingo, lol..but I got about 500-600 clovers, so of course I entered the draw. :D I noticed the draw for the $250 goes on for 4-5 days?

Yep if you look in the game details, they'll tell you the horses running, the race number, and the track your betting on.
Now you can't watch the race on there, but I have wondered if you could watch it on there sister site TwinSpires.com.

Can't you just go to the track online and watch it? My husband watches/bets on greyhounds online and watches the races at the specific track online. When his dog wins, the money goes into his account within minutes after the race is official. He's extremely good at this, wins contests all the time and was invited to play in something similar to the World Series of Poker. (but for greyhounds) He didn't place though :( I wonder if he could use his charting talents on horses, not just dogs?

When I deposit I'm going to have to enlist a few people to help me out, I don't follow horses.

Oh...is that all there is? Betting on horse races? Or are there a few slots?

The Slots and Bingo are for the clovers, to enter for the weekly prize of $250.00.
Otherwise the only cash games are the various style of lotto style games, that are based on races around the world.
Eh either way, I've had fun on $20 so far. I haven't lost, have really won anything of significance. So far my current balance is $21, so I'm ahead by a $1. lol
Either way it's interesting, probably won't deposit again until they bring more games online. Which I guess the site itself is a stepping stone for online poker and casino in the future. When some form of regulation comes about.
