This issue seems to be a hot topic, so casino reps, please chime in here, or at least listen to what the players have to say. Most all casinos say that they value feedback from players, so here you go.

Just remember that this poll isn't pointed at any one casino. It's pretty much for those that have limited support options.

and remember, play nice! :D

I am only on 2 casinos now and both have 24/7 live phone support. I cant stand the "one moment please" and it ends up being 6-8 minutes before they respond, no thanks, no time for that. Besides, I find it much more personal when I talk to them on the phone rather than reading words on a screen but thats just me.

I have only been playing at 3 casinos lately (1 RTG, 1 Rival and the new MG). For me, the issue is usually about the amount of playtime as I seldom take a bonus. I don't like being tied to a playthrough (which seem to be ureasonable lately) or a max cahout. I only play slots and all the platforms seem to be extremely tight, I've had 1 good month (May) in the last year. Deposits go so fast, IMO, I am only getting 10-15 minutes of playtime. I am seriously thinking of giving up, as this is turning into very expensive entertainment. I can go to dinner and a movie with friends for the same amount of one deposit. It's much more entertaining and the "playtime" is way longer.

Here is my opinion:

No live chat = no accreditation.

Part of good service is players being able to speak to someone in real time, not wait a day or two for an email back. I won't play at a casino that does not have this important communication option.

Hiya; I would rather wait, and get the right answer, than get a person on live chat, and get the wrong answer, no answer at all, or simply to agree with me that something is wrong.

imhop, Live Chat, just for the sake of being live, is usless, unless the Rep. has empowerment to actually do something, to take care of the reason you the player inituated a live chat in the first place......

 Totally agree. I've had many issues with live chat when the person on the other end couldn't answer my question - sometimes it only seems they're there to tell you what kind of bonus they can give you if you deposit.

Honestly, besides most Rival casinos (that's why I have that as an option to the poll,) where do you see this at? At 90%+ of the reputable &/or accredited casinos, at least, I've always found the staff manning live chat to be friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. To name a few, Gowild, 32Red (when I could play there,) 3Dice, etc.

and tbh, I'm surprised there's such a small % that voted for Rival in this poll. If you're not aware, you can actually vote for more than one option :)

I think it really depends on casino you are dealing with :)

Yup, I agree with that too.

I voted for "I can wait". To be honest I can't remember the last time I needed to use live chat or any sort of CS for anything, except at Ladbrokes where I occasionally have to e-mail them about a bonus they haven't given me. Their pretty slot, but they do usually answer in the end.

However, I do think ALL casinos SHOULD have live chat with someone who really does know what they are talking about so that any customer issues can be sorted out quickly. We live in hope...

I have played at some casinos(Accredited), with no live chat, and to be honest when I had an issue- the email responses were far to long a wait and some emails did not even get answered !

I found this very frustrating, and now will NEVER play at a casino without live chat.

oh yea, I forgot to add the fact that I wanted to put "... 24/7 telephone support, manned with operators that I can actually understand. ie: language/cultural barriers, thick accents, etc," but there's a 100 character maximum for poll options. :)
