Resolved LeoVegas why did my deposit go missing?

Leovegas took today my deposit. I made that 7am this monrning, now 8nhours later no money on leovegas and Skrill has payed that succesfully to leovegas. I got The payment email also from Skrill. Support doesnt know anything i send several emails there NOTHING ANSWERED yet.

Yes i contacted but he doesnt read my message.
Now that deposit has Been missing over 12 hours. Nothing heard from leovegas.
 
Now that deposit IS still missing. Today on 7 am has Been 24hours missing. And PAYMENT has moved to leovegas company Skrill SAYS it has Been ACCEPTED friday little bit over 7am.

And guess what IS now weird. Livechat told no More than 24 hours. Now when Time LINE has almost end they send late night email and told timeline has CHANGED to 48hours. This IS not anymore so good service, what that was some years before. This Will Be My last deposit to leovegas i have played a lot there. Never ever money losted anywhere Else always INSTANT and i got The succesfully PAYMENT email from skrill friday morning 7am i have played several deposits each month and years. No More.
 
Yes over 24hours now and money still missing. What i supposed to do. Money has Lost My Skrill account to leovegas but leovegas still shows 0€.
Can anyone please help.

As it has happend to me couple of times at Videoslots with a Netteller deposit
It had to be addad manually and was done so with in couple of hours

Maybe a tad more patience might help if you don't mind me saying. Any complaint service comes with a minimum of a 7-day response, more often, 30 days.

I do hope your problem is resolved quickly, but in any case, a little patience will help you cope with the situation better.

Having to wait 7 days for a reply is mental imo, 30 days would just be ridiculous.
 
Sure but i havent hsppened this kind of situation on My casino history over 20years. So little bit weird that money moves but casino DIDNT credit it. Thats what i dont understand. If deposit has some problem I UNDERSTAND but everything Works perfect , but zero balance when payment made. That i dont understand
And how many other persons get same issue THERE IS BIG MONEY i think.
 
And this IS The biggest problem on this issue. First on friday they told wait fev hours and we Will check that If money hasnt come. Then 12hours later they say never takes over 24hours so come tomorrow chat we Will help you. And guess what i Ask then about 27hours Later , he says we dont have your payment photo. Sure i send it about 10times before. Also uploaded Via sites. Then he says okay money has Been ACCEPTED by leovegas , wait 3-6hours and your account Will Be credited. Well done leovegas all those TIME PLAYING and still now 36hours later , they say on chat that we have to wait More and they really Even know on leovegas why i havent got The money today.. so no i really DONT know what to do. Maybe i give up and close My account now. And of course they send me no deposit spins and deposit bonus but i told chat that I WILL NOT PLAY OR DEPOSIT anymore , i only want My deposit Back. I Will not Even play that deposit anymore that casino.

That is some pretty poor customer service right there. Judging by the responses you've posted so far, if you do attempt to withdraw without playing they'll probably ignore the circumstances and insist on you wagering the deposit once. And if they let you withdraw it straight back (which would be the right thing to do in this situation, morally), then check they dont also have a term which states that any deposits which are withdrawn without at least 1x turnover/wager will have a small percentage deducted.
 
Now its over 52 hours deposit still missing. Leovegas doesnt answer anything. Friday morning about 7am deposit made. Now its sunday. And i made IT Via Skrill so its INSTANT and i got all those deposit emails from succesfully deposit Via Skrill email.

Yes Skrill SAYs MONEY has moved to leovegas. And leovegas doesnt give IT Back. I got reply from skrill so , now i have to do that pab
 
Finally today on 18.10 i got that My deposit Back. Whoa. 6 days later when deposit made Via Skrill WHAT is instant. I wonder how many other got sane issue. Everything goes fine when deposit, you got Even Skrill SUCCESFULLY PAYMENT email and everything only issue IS that not credit on casino balance.

And guess what they do nothing when i send email and Ask refund. They dont Even answer me on email or chat. What did i do?. I ASK HELP FROM SKRILL because Skrill told that deposit Day that leovegas has got The money. There was nothing CANCELLED like leovegas told me. That was succesfully ACCEPTED PAYMENT. And leovegas do nothing when i Ask refund. Then i send last Day email to Skrill. Support gives me all details that payment and text to leovegas (I TAKE SCREENSHOT about that Skrill answer and i send that to leovegas. Then i got 6hours later email from leovegas we have found your deposit.

Im pretty sure that without Skrill help , leovegas has taken that deposit without giving anything. Because they dont answer any of My emails or chat session.

So If you deposit Via Skrill and money moves from your Skrill account , dont BELIEVE what casino says about waiting. Because they told me that same first it was several hours then 12 hours and maximum of 24hours. They only play Time because i think that they mess their own payments also. Skrill told me on first email that If you got The email about payment (that payment IS succesfully made). Leovegas asked me several photos on My Skrill account but those doesnt help at all. Only that Skrill email to me what skrill says that show it to leovegas.
Then 6hours and money was Back.
