Have you tried the Rep ? @LeoVegas RepLeovegas took today my deposit. I made that 7am this monrning, now 8nhours later no money on leovegas and Skrill has payed that succesfully to leovegas. I got The payment email also from Skrill. Support doesnt know anything i send several emails there NOTHING ANSWERED yet.

As it has happend to me couple of times at Videoslots with a Netteller deposit
It had to be addad manually and was done so with in couple of hours

Having to wait 7 days for a reply is mental imo, 30 days would just be ridiculous.Maybe a tad more patience might help if you don't mind me saying. Any complaint service comes with a minimum of a 7-day response, more often, 30 days.
I do hope your problem is resolved quickly, but in any case, a little patience will help you cope with the situation better.
