Leovegas Verification Issues

Hi All,

I've been a legovegas customer for several years and had several withdrawals go through fine.

Suddenly today they've asked for a photo of a card which no-longer exists / has been cancelled last year. The card was verified with leovegas back in november and I haven't used it since december 2021. I can't verify this via photo and they have asked me to get a letter from the bank which I no-longer bank with that's branch is over an hour away.

Is there anything that I can do here / be done seems a crazy request considering they have already verified it.

Have the same issue. I have made complaints up and down the authority chain. Waiting on AGCO to intervene. ONTARIO needed to step up and not allow a single deposit untill a player is fully verified and ensuring funds move between client and operator seamlessly.
 
I have the same issue.

Have three outstanding withdrawals since my main card was blocked and then reinstated before being allowed to deposit. Then came the ridiculous requests, over and over again, asking for more card id, then different card id, which I have attempted to provide on several occasions.

Have asked to register an official complaint - been a fiasco of unprofessionalism and incompetence since December 2021. Still no word, just the same generic requests from incapable live chat.

My next step, when I have a minute, is to raise a pab with CM.
 
Yeah, I've been asked for more verification after several deposits/withdrawals over the last year or so. I've been verified for a long time already so you could be right, Pammey1964. Very disappointed right now and waiting for this process to be over so I can close my account there.
