Hello @danielmullan87 ,

The first step would be to contact the casino representative here on the forums. They are @LeoVegas Rep and you'll want to send them a Private Message describing your problem. Don't forget to give them your account info so they can properly identify you and look into your issue.

If that doesn't produce the desired result we have a pretty good contact at LeoVegas and that could be helpful. If you'd like us to look into this for you you're welcome to use our complimentary Player Arbitration (PAB) service. Here's a guide to getting started with that: How to submit a Player Arbitration (PAB) Ticket - Casinomeister Forum

If you do proceed please ensure that you have read and will comply with the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures . Failure to comply with the rules could slow, damage or even cancel your PAB.

Regards,
Max Drayman
Head of Dispute Arbitration & Player Complaints (PABs)

Also, please ensure you have read the Forum Rules . For instance posting the same issue in multiple places on the forums is called "cross-posting" and is a violation of those Forum Rules.

This is usually a result of not providing documents requested,a self exclusion, either your own doing or a gamstop one or something like being banned or excluded at another one of their sister sites. Leo usually let you know what's going on and their live chat is pretty decent once you've eventually got to the head of the queue. I assume you've already done this as you can communicate on their live chat even if not logged into their site.
