Leovegas Cashout to my neteller

Hi folks,

i play online since 2009

and also very long customer with leovegas never any porblems

i deposited 2x50€ with paysafecard and went up with luck on slots to 600€

deposited another 20€ with neteller

now they dont let me cashout to neteller and telling me i have to withdraw to a bank account
(but my last deposit is with neteller)

i know the rules ,these are if you deposit with paysafecard it must be on a your bank account
but only if your last transaction was with paysafecard, my last deposit was with neteller and they cancelled it all to neteller

and telling me i have to withdraw to my bank account wich makes so sense also the neteller deposit

this is just stalling

idont have a bank account for gaming wins, never had


can a leo rep help me please

If you withdraw 20 to neteller. I bet it goes through, approved. The excess then would need to at least be 100 to your bank acc. As you lodged 100 throught paysafe. Pretty standard anti money laundering practice.

Hope I explained it properly.





EDIT; to say. If you don't have a bank acc you want to use for gambling wins why on earth would you lodge with Paysafe(as you say you are aware there deposits get withdrawn via a bank account)?

the rule is normal, and the last years it wasnt a problem if your last deposit is made with neteller or skrill, to withdraw on neteller or skrill

leovegas told me that now, that if my winning were from my neteller deposit its no problem to withdarw back to neteller

so i deposited with neteller on top and won again turned it all over with roulette

1220€ withdrawal now, and now they saying again its not possible

WTH is going on there, im a player since many years on leovegas lots of deposits and withdarwals
now i turned over everything with my latest neteller deposit like they said and still dont let me cashout on my bank account

and as additional they request again documents and im verified since many years too, i sent it to them also now and its still on pending

i would very apprecciate if a REP can tell what is going on now
for me its just stalling payment

it is not stalling, it is procedure.

I tried this back in the day to activate a preferred (quicker) payment method and it did not work for me either.

Just withdraw to your bank as requested and wait patiently

Trust me, this will be quicker than waiting for an AWOL rep.

Your winnings of 600 were originated from Paysafe deposit? If that's the case, then it's quite normal procedure that they want you to withdraw to method (or in this case bank as can't do it to PSC) where your winning deposits came. Otherwise it will leave big loophole to use gross methods when after big win just make one small deposit with different method and withdraw balance there.

So if your winnings came (like can be understood from your text) from Paysafe deposits and then you just after made one more deposit with Neteller just to be able to withdraw there, then it's understandable what they demand. That's kind of circumventing rule what many casinos have that winnings need to withdraw to last used payment method, they do assume that winnings came from your last deposit as it's not really typical that somebody deposit more money even having quite high balance. Can be considered also AML risk (like here where willing to withdraw winnings to different method than these deposits were made, especially when willing to have these to Netwallet instead of bank account and originally was used anonymous payment method).

now i openend a local bank account for gambling but it need 2-3weeks,

then i checked my wallets and found that over my revolut account there is also a bank account iban for salarys and payments

i uploaded everything to leovegas and my iban is now verified but i cant type it in by the trustly ,the support told me yesterday it have to wire manually and the payment department have no time

and i have to wait some days to get an answer

current balance 1220€ (last deposit neteller)

You should be able to get it to your Revolut, Trustly might not support it for some reason but as normal bank transfer it should be possible. Is there option for bank transfer in their withdrawal options?

the crazy part was, leovegas stalling my payment with the reason:
you have a paysafecard deposit and can only withdraw with bank account
(last deposit with neteller and more wins with neteller in the balance)

and after all they pay me my neteller winnings and deposit to my bank account........

they broke their own rule with the reason stalling me

it was just stalling in my opinion

i will never play there again

and yes revolut works but not with the iban in trustly, had to change revolut in GBP with sort code and account number, and verify again with leovegas

cost 70€ fees from cobverting, and have 35€ fees from opening a local bank account wich i receive in 2-3week idont need

Your first winnings were from Paysafe deposit, then you tried to make deposit with Neteller and withdraw winnings there. After that, even you would win more after your Neteller deposit, i don't think any casino who cares even little bit AML would have paid to your Neteller after that first attempt to use Neteller to circumvent rules to withdraw bank account. That triggered suspicious behavior and after that it would have been really stupid from casino to let that go, even you managed to win something with your Neteller deposit, that suspicious behavior was already there and bank withdrawal only right option.

Yes, but if you never had used NT in this casino before, i fully understand their demand. If you have used it there for long and many times it could be different but if you just added it to withdraw there, there is valid point to ask you to withdraw to bank account.

Making deposit when having balance and then withdrawing can be spotted to be suspicious and after that demanding to use bank as withdrawal method understandable. It's usually already spotted unnormal behavior when depositing more when having balance like that.

and many livechats told:

if you want to cashout your wins from paysfacerad and dont have a bank account -deposit the minimum amount with an ewallet and you can cashout on your e-wallet

this was an usual practice for many years
and it worked everytime with the livechat

Bank account is usually most safe method if it's in your own name, casinos trust much more banks to do their KYC when you open account but some Netwallets are not that trusted.

There can be different ways some casinos act, happy that you got your winnings at least

I sure do, understand both sides. I just think this is normal way they do these days when anonymous payment methods are used. If they really want to stall your withdrawal, you would have got few weeks ongoing SOW requests. But i think we have gone through everything here already.

thanks, yes sometimes its worth stalling a member only a few days and he plays all the money, and this was easy for the casino because they found a reason to do EVEN that they handled in the past in another way

There are some good guys as well who really operate in good faith. Some policies and reasons are sometimes hard to understand as don't how they exactly see and think some situations but they are not all bad. There are many rotten apples but in all these years i've been living in Malta, i can assure that i've seen some really honest ones as well. Many have some weird policies and follow them blind but some are also reasonable and try their best to find solution for players issues, what ever it can be.

Must say im shocked and disappointed with LeoVegas. Finally got lucky and managed a withdrawal. Then to see my withdrawal to neteller go into "pending withdrawal" i though new UKGC rule was not allowed pending reversible? Also went on livechat because neteller says instant withdrawals only then to be told sorry we have 24-48 hours pending period before withdrawals are even started???? WTF??? And here it says normally within 13-23 hours on Casinomeister review.

Also what actually happened to their VIP levels? I was around 73 so in higher level but this is suddenly also worthless lol. Not been as active on LeoVegas this year as kept my play budget at SkyVegas as i love instant withdrawals. Guess i will have to stick with them just I love the large selection of slots Leo offers.
