I like blackjack, my favorite casino game other than slots. Recently I signed up to ladbrokes and today took a look in their casino to find this offer.

Great! Play through £750 and get £50 cash. Great offer, great fun! No.

3. Turnover your deposit 15 times and £50 will be added automatically to your account.

This offer is available once per customer.
To qualify for the £50 Cash, customers must make a minimum fresh deposit of £50 (or currency equivalent). Transfers from other wallets will NOT qualify.
Maximum payout for the Cash offer is set at £50 (or currency equivalent).
New players that will choose to take advantage of this First Deposit Offer will not be eligible for the Casino First deposit Bonus.

Turn your £50 deposit over 15 times, you say? In live casino, the only place you can wager for this offer? Just remember that every game you play in live casino only contributes 20%, so you'll need to wager £3750 over the course of it!

Rant over! Just a touched ticked off by this one.

No I don't think its misleading.

The 20% wagering would apply to normal bonuses.

The terms also state the normal wagering required for all bonuses except special bonuses. In this case its a separate bonus and if you turn over £750 you will get the £50 added.

Its a special welcome promotion for live casino so normal terms don't apply so it is entirely accurate. The problem would be actually turning over the £750 to get the £50 added.

Turning over £750 is no problem at all! If that was what was on offer, great!

Turning over £750 at 20% contribution is a problem. £3750 of bets, no thank you.

Yes I managed to turnover £750 to be told that blackjack on live casino only contributes 20%.

Then it's misleading given that you MUST play this on the live casino, and the range of games on offer is rather limited, usually only Blackjack and roulette. The 20% should therefore have been mentioned in the text of the offer itself.

The statement that you must turn over £750 would also take priority over the general terms, this is stated IN the general terms, so a general term specifying 20% contribution would be overridden by a specific promotional term.

However this is Ladbrokes, a "fall from grace", so not really that surprising.

Do they still have the REALLY nasty term for Neteller and Skrill users that would effectively rule them out of this promo altogether?
