Kong casino, anyone had issues withdrawing? All but one of my documents has been verified so just waiting for one last thing to be verified before I can withdraw. Read some horror stories on reviews etc just wanted other peoples opinions thanks
 
Our PAB service is the most established Online Casino complaint center - full stop.
FWIW licensed in UK and Alderney -- generally a good thing -- and operated by Jumpman Games which comes up pretty clean in the Complaints department. I have very little personal experience with these guys but given that people only come to me when they have problems that can be seen as a good thing. :D

If youre genuine, youre fine.

I hope you didnt read trust pilot reviews? From experience I can say: Take 80% of 1 star reviews with a pinch of salt... Wait, lets make it a whole bag of salt.

I still can’t get any reply from them. All my documents have been verified but can’t withdraw as I used Apple Pay to deposit and it will only allow card withdrawal. But only if you’ve used the card to deposit 🤣 help!
 
Frankly your plea for "help" should be directed at them as no one here can really do much for you.
