    I deposited 100$ in Kiwi casino and I won 730$.
    When I requested a withdraw with neteller Kiwi casino close my account because He says that I have 2 account.
    It is not true.I have only an account.
    I try to telefone but nothing help.
    I have written 10 emails but nothing.
    And before to deposit 100$ kiwi casino has sent me two email of welcome and of good look,these are the orinal:

    I think this: why Kiwi casino give me the welcome 2 times and good look when I opened my account?
    If kiwi casino has think that I had 2 account why he had not closed my account already? and not after I made a deposit and I won.

    Someone can help me with Kiwi casino,to reopen my account and to take my money?

    Today I spoke with telefhone support of Kiwi casino.
    He told me this that my account was closed because my number telefone is simalar at another number telefone of another people but this people has name,addres,email,city different from me.
    My number telefone is excact and I told to kiwi casino that can call me when he want.
    In italy the number mobile telefone are simalar with a different prefix,in the first number of telefone is different only the third number.example my prefix is 340 another prefix is 347.It is possible an error of some people when had register account.But my number telefone is good.
    My account is again closed.
    I don't know what I must do.

    dont give up. maybe bryan can help. be persistent and demand your money or a decent explanation (better be good, no casino has the right to void your winnings if you risk your own money, unless fraud or something was evident).

    I think that the problem will be resolved

    Today I receved an email from Kiwi casino
    They told me tha want my Id proof and to call me to my number telefone.
    I have send Id proof and I told to call me at my number telefone.
    I think the situation will be resolved and I must say thank yuo to casinomeister and James of Kiwi casino that is a gentlemen.

    I am very happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    I want say exscuse to Kiwi casino.
    I want say a big thank yuo to JAMES BALL of Kiwi casino(He is fantastic men)
    I want say a big thank yuo to BRYAN(the number one)
    And I won in Kiwi in all games in particulat THREE CARD poker (about 7 Royale flush and 7 tris) and multine video poker.
    The game are all fair.
