As is often the case this story starts with a bonus I recieved an e-mail with a $5 free chip (quite low but I had some time so gave it another try there)
I played with the bonus and at the end of the long playthrough 99x I had won about $250 Maw withdrawal for their free chip is $100
I tried to withdrawal and was told that I could withdrawal to click2pay by live chat but there was no link to withdrawal to click to pay. I then asked live support to send me an e-mail about how this could be done. They said choose another method and write in the comment box that you prefer payment to click2pay... there was no comment box
So I tried to deposit perhaps stupidly
When I deposited (and here is the root of the dispute)
I was automaticaly given a 400% bonus to my deposit. $25+400%= $125
but the free spin cash disapeared.. this may sound like the dispute but it isnt it gets worse
Live support said that indeed because I had not withdrawn before making a deposit that the system did this automaticaly
I was not very happy about this but saw that I had $125 and better off still than when I had started and still wanted to play
Next step for me was to read the new terms and conditions and to recheck the info with live support
Live support conferemed that I had $3000 of playthrough to do
So I got to spinning the reels
I had almost run out of cash when suddenly I hit a jackpot on a machine and it shot my winnings up to about $2500
and this point I checked with live support again about the remaining playthrough required
I still had quite abit to do but at the end I was left with just over $2200
Max withdrawal from the casino is $1500 per week
with still no click2pay option in the withdrawal menu I checked again with live support asking if it was possible they conferemed and I used an old netteller account that I had (never used because my bank blocks them for some reason) and asked live support to see if it could be moved to click2pay
All looked good until the next day when the finance department wrote me to say that my withdrawal had been declined because I was playing on the free chip
and that I was trying to defraud the casino.I was shocked one because I had very vigilantly followed the terms and asked many questions to live chat.
They took my balence and put $100 pack into my account saying that this was all I was allowed for the free chip.
(free chip that both me and the live support didnt think I was playing on)
several e-mails to the finance department and 2 phone calls to managers in the casino (based in the UK) latter their possition is that mistakes were made on both sides and that they could offer me $300 to make up for the confussion. I refused saying that this was not fair because I clearly had followed the rules in the terms and conditions and had also been told that I was playing another kind of bonus from live support. They said "No live support made mistakes in telling you that they are new and not trained" I replied that is your problem to fix not mine. I asked them to make me a fair offer and that I would try to work with them but as of this writing $300 is the best they will offer and only under the condition that I seek no further action.
Here I think is the key to their lies... the reversed $100 to my account which they say includes my deposit however when the sytem reset my balence as I said before it was $125
So I guess even their software thought I was playing another bonus

they;l get there's what goes around comes around the states will be opening up soon then those bad evil ones will go under

THEY screwed up, because their support was new & untrained. BLOODY TRAIN THEM then, BEFORE letting them loose on you customers, or maybe you (the casino) don't care about your reputation.

The ONLY proper resolution is to restore you to where you would have been had the mistakes not been made.

Firstly, pay the max withdrawal allowed from the free chip. Since the balance disappeared when you deposited, this should not cause any problems through getting mixed in with your deposit. Secondly, treat the first deposit & the 400% bonus under the correct terms. WR was met, and the jackpot was won. Providing the terms for this deposit bonus were not broken, this too should be paid. THEN they can start talking about $300 or whatever "goodwill gestures".

There is a service offered by this forum called PAB. Ideally, you should NOT have posted this story in the forum, but in the PAB form. This would have increased your chances of getting your $2200, because the casino would have more incentive to resolve the issue BEFORE it hit the forums. This incentive has now gone, and makes PAB more difficult. You should still submit one, using the instructions given in your forum "welcome pack", posting NOTHING more on this until your PAB is either resolved or rejected.

The casino seem already to have admitted liability on their part, their case is therefore rather weak, a PAB would most likely have given you a far better outcome than the $300, and could still do so. There is still an incentive for the casino, which is NOT to end up the subject of a "Casinomeister warning" for non-cooperation, or taking an unreasonable position on this.

Submit your PAB right now, and Max may be able to limit the public exposure by "hiding" your initial post to help suppress too much heated debate whilst the PAB is considered.

saddly I found the PAB too late in my frantic and sleepless time since this all started. So I have bought all of the alt domain names... .biz. us. .eu .mobi .info .org and will go live with them later today giving warnings about their site if they still choose not to pay

Update.... web sites are up
They didnt offer me my winnings but I think I may have them shaken ...because they just blocked my account and with deposit money in it...no e-mail from them and I called support and they told me I needed to call the US (from france) to find out why. Well I know why but I just wonder how they will justify the move...
On the web sites I stae my possition and theirs.. and I recommend that players shouldn't risk there money there .... but it is a fair account of what happened.
Are they thinking that I don't have the right to buy web domains that they didn't buy?
is this in their terms and conditions?
seems like they can play with our money but we can't play with them... not very good playmates
If you are keeping score here they have just taken $100 of money that they said that they owed me

The .org site just got it's first hit ;)

But you will probably now get bombarded with posts saying how bad that move was, but I personally have always believed that public shaming is the most effective form of punishment, so I give you a

The casino has definitely made a huge screw-up here. I cant see how they think you were using a free chip when you won that jackpot - it was a deposit bonus which should have been obvious to anyone looking at the back end. I would have suggested a PAB and maybe you would get your $2200, but you have shot yourself in the foot by posting what you did and THEN spending your own money (still cant understand that logic) on buying up domain names.

Even though they made a meal of the situation, it seems you were too impatient in the beginning, and its a mistake that many players make. What I mean is, if there was an issue with getting your $100 from the free chip paid out and you hadnt received it yet, WHY would you then go ahead and deposit??? It doesnt make sense. If the winnings etc had been removed from your balance FIRST before you deposited, then you wouldnt be in the fix you are in now. Maybe Im different, but I wouldnt have done anything until that free chip cashout was completed and I had the money in my C2P account.

I also note you didnt state the timeframe between when you asked for the $100 cashout from the free chip and when you deposited.

You could also have done a search for MAYFLOWER CASINO and seen this:

https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/winpalace-com-regalbar-ltd.32789/

Not exactly confidence building....and its Top Game...bleeeech

Yes, the casino is wrong, but next time you could make some better choices to help yourself avoid these problems.

I agree that this post should not have been made by me before posting a PAB. Saddly I am new to the site and didn't see the PAB rules and this also wasnt my first stop (although it does appear to be the best player dispute site)
if I could go back in time I would know about this site first..
web site idea is an idea I got from the group the "Yes Men" www.theyesmen.org who target big business by setting up fake websites for companies that do wrong.. look them up they are very funny.
I happened to see that some of the domains were not taken when I was on whois.com trying to find out who the faces were behind the scam.
on other topics: time about a week
I didnt cashout because I was given false info from their live support about click2pay and they charge $44 to send a check/wire transfer My bank blocks neteller and I live in Europe so with $100 after all the chargers and changing the cash to Euro I would have less than $0
Anyway we'll see what happens
I doubt I will see my money but I will be a thorn in their butts for some time to come... Banner ads start soon

As much as I agree, that sometimes a bit of patience is good, I also think it's time, that someone grabs one of these croocked casinos by the balls, and shake them good. There are just too many of those out there, and to shed some light on them may be the way to go now, since they seem to be able to act as they see fit. I myself started closing accounts from left to right, and will keep doing so, until I (maybe) end up with a few, that I feel is playing honest (No bs when I want to cashout MY money, no cheating software, no bs "terms and conditions" ,lol,, that they can hide behind when they steal your money.). I appreciate the PAB system here, eventhough I've never needed it, sofar ....knock on wood, but as much as I appreciate it, I sometimes feel that we have to just shut up about what's really going on in this business, and kiss their @$$$, or kiss OUR money good bye....It's just not right.
I ... In a strange way... admire the fact, that you won't kiss @ss, to get what's rightfully yours, eventhough I think your chance of getting your money is slim to none. But let them hang for a while, and let as many people as possible know, what kind of bs business theese croocks, and unfortunately many with them, are running....suits them very well IMO

Fair enough :)

Yes, you're right....it sucks that we have to do this, but its human nature. If someone asks or demands something from you rudely, even if you they are entitled to it, you are more likely to try to make things difficult of even impossible for them - its human nature. I had an issue a few months ago where I had to be both silent(publicly) and polite for 5 weeks to get my issue resolved, even though I knew the person I was dealing with was a total liar and knew exactly what the problem was but was deliberately ignoring me. It was the PAB that got my money for me in the end, but there were a lot of scars on my lip from where I was biting it.

Remember, you catch more flies with honey than with vinegar.

Having said that, Mayflower seems like a total waste of space anyway, much like most Top Game casinos, with their 2 week payout times and dodgy software and terrible customer service history, so the OP can probably consider themselves lucky they didnt make a huge deposit.

The OP is correct though in stating he is entitled to his winnings based on what information he has provided, however it is unlikely he will see them now.

I've heard from the casino on this and they had a few interesting things to say, not the least of which was that they were looking forward to the OP's PAB and that the OP hasn't been forthcoming with all the info related to the issue at hand.

The casino also says they will not respond to this issue here so the PAB seems the only way forward with this. Given that I suggest you PAB immediately.

Please read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ before you proceed.

Now why am I not surprised??

I was under the understanding that I couldn't PAB now and as I have 6 web sites running with my first post here and things about the group that I am uncovering I am sure I wont be able to...I have been holding off for the last couple of days publishing the documents that prove I am not scamming them and I challenge them to show anything real that proves their side.. Except a desire not to pay.

Anyway as Nifty29 has stated there is little chance I will see my winnings and the PAB is for that purpose. So because I hate the false hope, internet rogue casinos for the damage it causes not only players but the future of On-line gaming I will try to expose them for what they are. Last I heard from the casino (yesterday morning) they stated that they would soon be contacting me for a settlement...not sure how long soon is.
When I get tired of waiting for soon to come I will publish all the docs I have, screenshots e-mails etc. They have more data I would like to have but don't mostly the chat sessions which I wish I did have. But I have the gaming history and the reconcile and all the other good stuff.

I wish I could say this is all a misunderstanding and I know I have pissed them off.. But I am sure I followed the terms and conditions and I merit my winnings. I wont just lay down and die I lose a small amount of money to them a bit more to save somebody else the headache. So my karma will be good theirs a darker shade of grey and perhaps the unsuspecting public will be less lambs for the slaughter and have more of a chance to be treated honestly and fairly. Or perhaps I can give those guys from irritable bowel syndrome for their actions.

Did you expect them to say yes we are wrong we just didn't feel like paying?

Anyway really in the future I hope I never have a problem like this but if I do or if you or somebody that you know does then file a PAB .. I have burned bridges and I think now in fact they want to settle but don't know how... and that is too bad I would love to post here that they had fixed things up with me and promised to do better in the future.

wow just had a wild idea!!!! Could they file a PAB about me? would solve the don't post before PAB problem

Normally, your PAB would be "dead in the water", but in this case it seems the CASINO have indicated they WILL still accept one from Max because THEY want the process, not YOU.

One oddity is that they asked you to phone the US!!!! What are they thinking, operating any part of this business on US soil will have the DoJ on them like flies on a ****.

This blackmail approach doesn't usually work, and to launch it BEFORE receiving the $100 they had already agreed to pay, and your deposit, was pretty silly, you could have exposed them more cheaply by waiting.

You may also have opened yourself to legal action (Libel) by publishing these websites, YOU will have to show that your allegations are true. Big business ALSO considers this approach when such sites expose wrong doing. Companies give in to these sites because they HAVE "screwed up", and know that action for Libel will only make things WORSE.

IF this casino ARE a bunch of scammers, there is now the danger that they will attempt to feed Max false information in order to discredit your allegations. Whatever comes of this cannot be relied upon to be the whole truth. It is likely that there will be a split of members who think either that the casino scammed you, or that you attempted to scam the casino through blackmail after your wrongdoing was discovered.

I have no idea what you (the OP) are going on about. I have said "submit your PAB". Mayflower is saying "we're waiting for the PAB". So ... where's your PAB? And don't give us this rubbish about you not wanting to get your hopes up or whatever. I'm sure you are an adult and can control your hopes and fears from ruining your day.

At this point either submit the PAB or find something else to post about because dragging it out in the forums here makes it very much look like you just want to bully the casino in public. That won't be permitted.

Put your money where your mouth is and file the PAB.

Oh, and one other thing. Posting back-to-back every few minutes is a PITA. Slow down, think about it a bit, compose your thoughts, them post. Post-dumping the thread like that (post after post after post) ain't cool.

You could temporarily suspend the OPs posting privileges until the PAB is forthcoming. This will make him "put his money where his mouth is", rather than continue "bashing" the casino. He always has those other sites ready to go on a "bashing" spree should he decide to forego a PAB. Apart from this, refusing to PAB now, after being specifically told he CAN submit one, DESPITE how he has pursued this issue so far, will give the impression that he has something to hide, something the casino alluded to when they contacted you to say they were looking forward to receiving this particular PAB.

I'm of the mind that suspending is a bit heavy-handed, unless he continues to abuse the forums.

Let's see what he's got to say for himself in the PAB. If he really is abusing the system here that'll come out in the wash and he'll be on his way for good and documented reasons.

Sorry, I don't buy this. How do you expect me to believe this when you signed up in our forum, you were PMd instructions on how to use the forum, and the main site. Included was the following:

POSTING COMPLAINTS

Complaints can only be posted in the Complaints Section. If you have a complaint concerning online casinos or poker rooms, please refer to our guidelines:

Check if the casino is a member of our forum: I-Gaming Contacts If they are, please let them know that you are having difficulties at one of their casino properties.

All members may "Link Outdated / Removed": Pitch a Bitch In most cases this is more effective than posting a complaint in public. It gets immediate attention by Max our complaints and grievance manager.

There is a FAQ that explains the PAB process here

WARNING: Casinomeister's forum is not a place that condones slagging off on casinos. If you have a complaint, by all means post it, but ensure your language is both tactful and truthful.

So how could you miss this?

The casino has contacted me and Max and would like to resolve this issue ASAP. I suggest you take Max's suggestion and PAB as soon as you get done reading this and we'll go from there.

As mentioned before - this is not a forum to blackmail casinos - the complaints section is a forum to solve problems.

You say you are a teacher - what do you teach - if I may ask?

I only looked at the .org site, but I assume the others are the same...the 2nd line:

There are many honest casinos out there and I plan to list some of them here in the near future

I assume that you're going to use affiliate links when you do so?

True motive?

PAB posted last posting for a while

PAB posted ... although this is the perhaps the best site it is not the first I posted on... others seem to be affiliate sites only though like LCB etc.

As for links for affiliate casinos had thought about it.. but I think no... if I lose this that will be a gift from me that will keep giving for a year or so I can do nothing more about it and it will still have effect.. if I started affiliate stuff I would have a lot of admin to do which I hate

If your complaint is legit, you will win. However, your heavy handed "blackmailing" approach could cause future problems for you. You could find yourself tagged as "high risk player" because no casino wants to take on a player that will resort to buying up similar domain names, and then threaten to create "bashing" sites from them. Your business would never produce enough profit to counter this risk (unless you are a "whale"), and this could make casinos reluctant to take you on. It would have nothing to do with the merit of your claim, but how you went about getting your own way.

My suggestion about suspending your privileges was aimed at getting you to submit a PAB sooner rather than later. PAB submitted, so my suggestion is no longer necessary.

If the casino was intentionally rogue, they would realise that they would be better off NOT asking Max to investigate, and would also realise that your actions would have made your claim look questionable.

If they DO pay in full, they will probably ask that included in any settlement is the transfer of those domains to them (silly of them NOT to really), on the basis of "just in case" - even if YOU no longer want them, another player, possibly even a fraudster, could buy them from you and use them as you had intended to.
