Pay and play casino wont pay my withdrawl... they advertise 30 minute payout but itse been over 1 hour now and still no money in my bank account. Chat gave me 3 day chat restriction since they dont want to talk to me anymore. I have sent emails to thenm but no answer and 200 euros is still waiting for pay out! please help me... what can I do?

I remember the days when I had to wait the 48 hour pending period and then 3-5 days for withdrawal

yeah but the customer service and the site gives you information that all withdrawls are processed in 30 minutes??? and still no money?

It may be that the slight delay may be down to processing (or processor) issues outside of their control, rather than them deciding not to pay (E.g. with a 3rd party intermediary, or perhaps even the card / bank / wallet people on your side who are trying to receive the funds. (I appreciate they haven't hit their advertised timescales, but sometimes things like this happen)).

Sit tight & hopefully it'll show very soon.
