Just cashed out at Rome Casino

So I cashed out $1,500 from Rome casino last night. Still waiting for the order to be processed and finished. I don't expect that to be too soon though. Just letting everyone know. I will updated this If/when I get paid. I see the complaints about Rome Casino and hopefully my experience goes smooth. Or I might just find a better practiced casino.

My experience with Rome Casino Group

takes up to 7 days to approve withdrawal IF you already have you documents on file and approved and then takes several weeks+ to get paid. But, you will get paid eventually.

Stay on top of them and push them along, the squeeky wheel gets the grease!

Actually, I can't play at Rome, or any Topgame Casino. I live in Israel. HOWEVER! I do know that Topgame is known for treating their player's like total crud in general. I've been reading the forum. That is not to say that the current incarnation of Rome or Topgame, since the 1st of 2012, is the same Rome/Topgame I've been reading a lot of posts about... But even if I was able to deposit there.. I might think twice.

I have popped onto their livehelp chat/Downloaded the topgame client before, however. I was not impressed with the answer to 'Max Cashout'. Without a bonus, just playing on a small money deposit of 25- you have a 10x Max Cashout. (So, 250$ on a regular deposit). That's no good for me. :/ I prefer the potentiality to win quite a bit more on my 25$. I work hard for it, just like everyone else.

But, to answer your question: A new player came on, posted, and I made no assumption as to how much or little they knew about Rome's previous behavior towards people even in this forum. (Its a matter of record- just look at the Forum's history.) Rome, often, won't pay unless you're a nudge with them and keep on them. Or they'll take 2 months to get you your winnings, as above.

Still, I have no real-world experience with Rome or Topgame (Apart from the previously mentioned Chat.) when it comes to actually cashing out from them. Nor, I imagine, will I ever get said experience. I've read enough on CM to think twice, and give a bit of advice to try and point people in the right direction and be helpful.

3Dice Casino has won the 'Best US Facing' Casino for the second year in a row. Although I have no experience with them, if they've won a CM award, they're at least worth a look!

I think on the front page of CM (That is www.casinomiester.com ) has a little something about 3Dice. I've heard mostly positive things.

They're accredited here, as well- which makes getting in touch with support all that much easier.

Since the OP is in the US, 32Red is sadly not an option for them.

I'm a regular player at Inetbet, CWC group and 3Dice. All are quality operations with options for US players.

3Dice has it's own platform and unmatched customer service. They offer frequent free tournaments and bonuses based on loyalty for the most part.

Inetbet and Clubworld Casinos Groups both run on the Realtime Gaming software. Inetbet lacks live chat or a telephone number, but their bonuses are cashable and frequent. Email only usually works well, but occasionally has pitfalls. They seem to have little problems paying players in a timely manner.

Clubworld Group is a good bunch too. They were most generous at Xmas with bonuses for players, and generally handle US withdrawals smoothly, although they have had processing delays at times. Bonuses are usually not withdrawable.... i.e., if you get a $100 bonus on a $100 deposit, that $100 bonus will be deducted at cashout. Livechat has always been good with me. You'll want to keep on them about that double charge. Don't be rude, don't shout, don't threaten. Just be firm and bother them every other day or so. Email people! While Rome no longer has a rep here, he may still be active on other forums, and I'd check on the GPWA forums at

This is the correct attitude to adopt. You have only joined the forum for 2 months and already you are providing sound advice. One needs no first-hand experience at a casino before shedding comments. I havent played at Rome either but I have seen enough to make me wary of them. What's worse than knowing some outfit is dodgy ie not paying/delaying payments and still playing in a forlorn hope that things will change. The fact that Rome finally paid but usually due to pressure does not bode well for them. The 10x max cashout on non-bonus deposits is ridiculous and other things aside, makes me wonder how this will affect the rtp.

Rome uses a software called 'Topgame'. However, Rome and Topgame are one in the same and they run a large number of the Topgaming casinos as centralized support for their clients.

Topgame IS in the Blundering/screwup/rogue page area of the Forums, and you might not get better treatment at any of their other casinos.

My suggestion is to go to the accredited list here, and just start clicking. As long as you can play there, it ought to be a better overall customer experience.

Play for 'fun' and look around to see which slots you like, then if you like the games? Chat up support. See if they know their stuff. If they're polite, quick, fluent in the language you're asking them to speak.

And, if you don't find something you like, then look for a new Topgame Casino.

try out black diamond (they was of rival before and the payments was fast) now they are in TG (i dont know if they are fast cause i never cashed out there sicne they changed from rival to TG)

I was assured yesterday by someone who has worked with a different TopGame casino group for many years, that Rome is not owned by Top Game. Whether this is true or not, I have no way of knowing.

IMO there are some good Top Game casinos out there, but just as with any other software, it is important to always check the rogue list here and thoroughly read each casino's T&Cs before playing at them.

I understand US players are restricted but bearing in mind the sharks out there, if you (knowingly) wander off the accredited list you can have no complaints when things go wrong. In fact US players should expect it in the current climate.

I believe they are NOT rogued- but... I imagine they're pretty darn close.

I'm not sure if you can still PAB with Rome or not- its a good question! I imagine so, since you could PAB with just about anyone once! Sometimes its just more useful to save your 'One'.

I have had great difficulty in the past collecting from the Rome casinos (Diamond VIP) and was basically extorted by their manager, OG, to say in this forum that I was getting my money before he would send it. It took months to get all of the money.

Has anyone had experience with their "sister" Royal Prive? Six weeks and still no first withdrawal (out of 4 pending).

Lots of excuses but no $$$$$
