Jackpot City Casino, excuses on paying out

Has anyone else has this issue with Jackpot city casino paying out Jackpot winnings. Won a jackpot which I tried to withdraw through visa method which they declined saying they couldn't pay with that method for unknown reasons. I then chose to have it paid via swift. I was then told multiple times by different CSR that it had been successfully paid and I just needed to wait upto 7 days. A week later still nothing and now telling me it was never actually paid out at all and saying it's still being processed, there payment team is busy, there is a backlog of withdrawals etc etc. I feel like they are just lying to me to avoid paying it.

After days of hearing nothing I was then told multiple times by different CSR that it had been successfully paid out and I just needed to wait upto 7 days. After a week I had nothing and was finally told it was never paid out at all and now I'm continually being told it's still in processing, payment team are to busy, there's a backlog of withdrawals to deal with etc etc just one excuse after another. I'm starting to feel there are continually lying to me to avoid paying it out.
 
I used to play there many years ago before the UKGC was a thing in the uk. I had multiple issues with them myself so I stopped playing there. But they never got a UKGC licence either, mainly because they would not abide by the UKGC rules and would probably get fined all the time and then lose their licence.

They are not a very good casino at all. I hope you get your money. Might want to do a PAB @maxd

Im desperately seeking help to find someone to help with a Issue with online casino Jackpot city.
I was spending too much money so I requested self-exclusion on my account and three weeks later it came into affect. The amount of time this was unexpected. When they closed the account they kept my balance in my account of $2,500. Its the wild west out there for these online casinos. To fine the self-exclusion option online you need to look around and when you do find the option you message them and they will get back to you in 72 hrs. Three weeks is unacceptable.
