hello, i dont usally complain, but i was so lucky to win 800usd 0n the 6aug and again 800usd on the 8aug in allslots, i ask to withdraw via check and the first check came 0n the 11aug but the second never arrived, i have been mailing and all the time they tell me to wait a few more days,if i cancel the check it will cost me 35usd and i have to wait up to 6 weeks before i can get them in my moneybookers, in the mean time i still have deposit and not win. but i cant understand why the first check arrived but not the second one. i have today again contactet the casino and now i dont want to wait no more.i think its to bad to have to wait and wait.i have been a member here for so long and they just keep telling me to wait, its not fair . my account no. in allslots is:xx

Don't worry too much yet. They are just incompetent, and payments occasionally get "stuck", and no-one seems to have a clue.

I recently had an issue with a withdrawal to Neteller, which failed because THEY didn't have enough money in their merchant account to pay. I complained, and the incompetent staff merely reissued the payment WITHOUT bothering to investigate, and fund their merchant account first. Naturally, it failed AGAIN, and by this time it was the FOLLOWING weekend.

It was third time lucky, but despite promises, the rep NEVER bothered to get back to me with an explanation as to why this problem was happening AGAIN after assurances to myself and eCogra (yes, I have previously raised this NSF issue all the way to the top).

Put simply, their in-house processor just keeps on making mistakes, and worse, will not accept that THEY could POSSIBLY be the ones who got it wrong.

In your case, it is quite possible this second cheque was never sent due to an "admin error", but as far as they are concerned it MUST have been sent, so you just get the "wait a bit", "wait a bit more", "wait a few more days...." from them.

It IS posible to "cut the crap" by contacting the rep, however on one occasion even the rep (David Brickman) told me he was just as frustrated as I in trying to get any kind of sense out of the processing department.

If the delay is totally unreasonable, take this to be more than one month, then you should PAB and/or go to eCogra.

Allslots!!!

I know jackpotfactory are goods casinos, thats why i have been a loyal depositor, i am writing this because i really didnot think that if i win i will get so much trouble. so please hear me out:i was so lucky to win 2 times 800 usd i ask for a withdraw via check, i shout have asked for the withdraw to my moneybookers but i was not so quick, i resieve the first check, 800usd and was very happy, untill i realize the second check did not come, i wrote to them and was asked to wait 21 days, so i did, no check, i wrote again twice i was asked to wait and see. but the check never came and then they ask me to scanne my bankdokument to them to see i havent resieve the check, it took some times and now they have respond that they can see i did not get the check so they will cancel the check and it will cost me 35usd, its not my fall i did not resieve the check, but now they will use another 48hour to find out if they can put the money into my moneybookers or else they will send me another check, i have wrote to them that i dont want another check, just want my money in my moneybookers, how hard can that be. i am really very disapointet, at last i win and then all this trouble.

Have you contacted the representative, Jackpot Factory, about this? That should be your first step.

Actually I just noticed you had left them a Visitor Message. Did you get a reply? If not, try a Private Message (Link Outdated / Removed).

I see you have posted in two different forums on this same subject. Please don't do that. That is called cross-posting and it forces us to clean up after you when we could be doing better things ... like working on your PAB for instance.

Also I recommend once again that you read and understand the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ. There are some problems with your PAB (which I'll discuss with you offline) that indicate to me that you have not fully absorbed the content there.

In particular I mention this (just in case) because you don't want to be posting in the forums regarding this issue while the PAB is in progress.

got a answer today!

I resieve a message from jackpotfactory that the finance department will ensure me that after the canceling of the check ,my money will be in my moneybookers, and it can take up till 10days, so i wait ,AGAIN. i really think this is the worst bad support and i learn my lessen to trust them. i feel that they laugh at me.

You should rethink the check issue anyway .
I did have a check from them bounce in the past .My bank charged me the rubber check fee and JPF DID credit my account with the $27 but it did leave a bad taste in my mouth waiting the 2 to 3 weeks for the initial check and then have it bounce and have to be reissued and wait another 2 weeks . This did happen a while ago but it's still a little scary.

WHY!!!

Now i got a new mail from jfc saying it can take up to 6 weeks, WHAT HAPPENING HERE. i really dont think i will get my withdraw in this year

I think I've asked you two or three times now to read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ and NOT post while your PAB is in progress.

You obviously prefer to post rather than wait for your PAB. Fair enough, your choice. I have marked your PAB "closed" and will no longer pursue it. Good luck. :rolleyes:
