Jackpot Party's Second Birthday Bash - Chopley attends....

I have to say I'm really quite warming to Jackpot Party and WMS slots. You have to take the 92% RTP on the chin and just accept that it can take an awfully long time in terms of spins to make up the other 3% to hit the stated 95% RTP.

I've made three withdrawals from Jackpot Party this week, one on a bonus, and two bonus-free.

Two of the withdrawals were made late in the evening, and both were paid before 10am the next day.

The third (and biggest) was made this evening at 5pm, and the money is in my Neteller account now, which makes a three hour payout time on a Sunday evening - that's impressive stuff.

The biggest draw of this casino is the WMS slots themselves, and the more I play them, the more I realise how much they show a lot of the 'online only providers' a clean pair of heels. Not only in terms of overall game and bonus design (which are superb, their latest release 'Alice And The Mad Tea Party' is a fantastic slot), but also in terms of how the pays are weighted, even their low variance slots will kick out 100x stake or better wins on a reasonably regular basis, and once you get into the medium-high variance category, they're pretty common.

Obviously this has to be accounted for in the overall RTP, and as such you need to get used to some horrible dead patches (especially on the higher variance slots), but that's balanced against a far higher incidence of decent wins, instead of the constant dribble of crap wins that MG/NetEnt seem to favour.

IMO wins of 5x stake or lower are pointless and boring, and just erode RTP in an entirely futile manner, 10x stake wins less so, and 20x stake or more is where it starts to get interesting.

WMS slots seem to weight their pays higher up the scale, which works for me.
