Hi, so I received an email from JC stating that I won a ND bonus, BUT with no code. It was blank.

I logged into JC; usually a message is there to say that you have won a ND bonus but nothing.

So, I contacted live support and they are absent. There is an apology for not being able to respond in live chat.

Anyone else?
 
Email issue

A bulk blank email was sent out in error on Monday.

All customers who received the emails have been compensated for this error.

Was it an automatic "credit"? Because I got the email at 6am on 10/13 and played with that email a few times trying to locate the bonus code. I thought it was a "ghost" code since they were promoting their "Ghost Hunt" thing. Lol
