It`s a tough one this Year in making this decision, especially for me, having been a supporter of 32Red for so long and for so many years, the inevitability of change eventually always happens. And this year it has come close. Close, but not quite there yet. My loyalty to 32Red will never change in any event. They have been great to me over the years I have been with them, and dont really have a single negative thing to throw their way. Yes I know many were unhappy with some of the changes they brought on in recent times but for me none of them have ever been an issue or detracted from why I play at a casino in the first place. Enjoyment.
Realistically 32Red has always provided me with everything I need out of a casino. I trust the operation immensely, the staff are great, the help or support is always there if ever its needed and Mark and Pat are never more than a bells whistle away (usually)
To me a casino of the Year is, as I have always said one that `proves` itself worthy of the award and the fact that 32Red has won it for soooo many years is proof of that enough.
Of course, having said that only an idiot would say there is no grounds for improvement, which there clearly is. 32Red NEED to go multiplatform. It is an absolutely must and the quicker the better imo as casinos all around them are rising out of the depths and I have no doubt, taking business they once had. The ability to play a wide variation of slots is clearly a deal maker for many I`m sure. I have even succumbed to it myself. I love 32Red but sometimes its nice to be able to play different slots, from different providers, and while MG slots are brilliant, they no longer have the monopoly on innovative releases and enjoyable titles that once had. Those days are gone.
My choice for casino of the year still goes tol 32Red, but closely followed in 2nd spot by Videoslots, who have surprised and pleased this Year. Glowing reports and reviews, happy customers, a huge selection of games, fast payouts and knowledgeable staff. The one thing I would like to point out however is that over the years I have seen quite a few casinos rise out of nowhere, grab the praise and accolades and fight for contender of best casino of the Year, supported by many here at Casinomeister.....only to have them flash into obsquirity and virtually dissapear. 3Dice anyone? I am sure this isnt the case here with VideoSlots but I do believe a casino should be accredited for more than a couple of years before it even has the ability of contending for the top title. Of course, just my opinion.
